The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. The beds are made when you arrive, both sheets and towels are included! If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Large wooden deck with dining table and sun-loungers! Some of the house is completely newly renovated with bedroom, bathroom and private exit to terrace. The kitchen will be renovated in February/March 2026.

Welcome to Bästekille, a charming village about 3 km from Kivik. Here you wake up among apple orchards and grazing cows. In the surroundings, you will find a fantastic bakery in southern Mellby. You can swim in Kivik or in beautiful Vitemölla. On the other side of the road, there is a farm shop with eggs, potatoes and vegetables according to the season, all certified. Open 24 hours. For those interested in art, the art gallery Fabriken is located in our village Bästekille.

Here you will have access to a pleasant accommodation along Byvägen in scenic Sankt Olof during your stay in Österlen. In the residence, there are 7 beds, 1 child's bed, and 2 cribs upstairs. There is a possibility to charge the car for SEK 5 per kWh. Let me know and you'll have access to this when you park the car. The accommodation offers basic TV and Wi-Fi. You bring your own bed linen and towels. You clean yourself before you check out.

Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.
