Directly across from our quiet, peaceful street is Ystad's old quarter, with the Monastery (founded in 1267) as the nearest neighbor. The pedestrian street is just a couple of minutes' walk. On the way there, you pass the Monastery with the museum, the Monastery Church and the popular Café Bäckahästen. Once there, there is a large selection of restaurants and shops, a nearby grocery store and Stortorget around the corner.

The apartment (about 40 sqm) consists of a large living room with 2 beds and fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. An extra mattress for, for example, a couple with a child, is available. The space is heated by an air-to-air heat pump.
