Very nice place to stay in the valley. Not very far from train/bus station (10 mins walk most). Restaurants, supermarkets, gondola station, ski hire shops all close by. House itself is modern, clean and nicely decorated. Appreciated the small touches like provision of power adapter, local info/map and coat hangers, things that are not very common in my airbnb experiences.

Gábor's Apartment is right next to the gondola lift base station, perfect for a trip to the mountains. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The apartment is very clean and I did not miss anything! I did not meet Gábor personally, the virtual contact was very friendly and he was always helpful. Any time!

It was a super nice break with a fantastic view directly from the bed. I even took my little dog with me and Gabor kindly provided us with dog food. The apartment is super chic, modern and clean. We were only there for three nights, but I was absolutely relaxed back to Germany. Thank you Gabor, it was all wonderful and we will be back!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful. The terrace let's you enjoy the view of the mountains surrounding the place. Just the perfect place to relax a few days!

This is an excellent place to stay! The view is lovely, and the host is wonderful. The host doesn't speak English, so be prepared if that is your main language.

Great accommodation with great views of the Zillertal. Very hospitable and uncomplicated. Everything is clean and the most necessary is in the apartment. Beautiful balcony with evening sun and fantastic sauna with outdoor area in the basement. Hard to reach without a car (hillside).

Gerda‘s place is beautifully located in the mountains near Zell am Ziller. Although it feels remote there is still a Ski bus driving regularly every day to the gondola 🚠. There are even two really nice restaurants close by. Gerda was very helpful and Made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was also very tasty, especially the perfectly cooked eggs. ;)

Even if the house is up on the hill, worth to climb up every day due to Gerda's hospitality and her willingness to make you feel very good.

We had a lovely stay with Gerda. Our room had beautiful views overlooking the valley with a balcony you could sit on. The place was very clean and well taken care of. Gerda and her daughter were extremely kind and helpful. Would highly recommend. :)

Fantastisch Place with a wonderful view and all tranquility you want. Not far from Zell am Ziller and central for as well visiting the Grimmler waterfalls and the Zillertal ( incl the all year open skiing glacier). Garda and family are fantastic hosts. Our stay was fantastic.

Our stay with Gerda was truly the highlight of our holiday in Austria. She was a fantastic host and really deserved the title of super host. She was friendly and gave us lots of hiking tips. The location is up on a hill slope with a beautiful view of the valley below. The breakfast was superb with a wide choice of cold cuts, boiled eggs, freshly baked bread, yoghurt, coffee and lots of fresh milk from her own cows. The room was sparkling clean and the bed comfortable. A must stay place for anyone who is touring the Zillertal area. Truly amazing!

The accommodation is just perfect if you want to go skiing for a few days. I and my girls had a lot of fun. We especially liked the very delicious breakfast but also the lounge, where we could eat, drink and play in the evening. I can only recommend this accommodation!

Apartment Danijela is an excellent place to stay !!! Lightning-clean, tastefully decorated, great view of the valley, good beds (the slack couch is like a bed too), small cozy sauna (even infusion is there) and directly on the ski bus / road to the ski slope. You can park directly on the slopes. You walk about 20 minutes to the village to the next restaurant. Up to Hochfügen (larger ski area and higher) you can take the ski bus or car for a good 20 minutes. If there is a lot of snow, you should have snow chains with you. Danijela and Stefan are very friendly and helpful as hosts. If something is missing, just ask. For example, we had an additional teapot within a very short time !!! We were there on a ski vacation, but also highly recommended in summer.

A mega beautiful view. A lot of space. Perfect for larger groups. Parking right next to it. There is space where you can let ski dry. Marina is super friendly. I really enjoyed staying there.

The accommodation is very clean and very large, simply furnished but beautifully cleared, is directly on the ski slope, but depending on when you are there, we booked it at the beginning of December and the ski slope / lift next to it still had to, you have to drive up and down the steep / narrow road / mountain, in the morning and at night and for us women

Marina answered very quickly, the check-in and check-out was super uncomplicated and flexible. The apartment was very large, the bathrooms very modern and clean, the rooms big enough. In addition, Marina is very hospitable and accommodating :) Consciously one must only be that you relatively long a very narrow and very winding road to the apartment. And it did not bother though :)

A very nice house in a wonderful location about 3.5km and 400Hm above Aschau. We especially loved the view. Marina is very friendly, warm and helpful. We'll be back!

The accommodation of Marina was great. It is very nicely decorated, equipped with everything and very clean and well maintained. The location right on the ski route Aschau was perfect to start the day's skiing. Marina and her family were very nice, hospitable and helpful! I can only recommend!

It was a wonderful holiday. The first drive a bit adventurous through the steep serpentine, but you get used to it quickly and when you're up, it is incredibly beautiful. A beautiful panorama, nice quiet, just Kuhglockengeläut.Die rooms are very chic, Everything from the owner himself gezimmert.Bis in the village about 5 minutes to the supermarket and bakery. If you have questions, Marina always has an open ear. We will definitely come back here in the snow ...

We had a very nice stay in Kaltenbach. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and the proximity to the gondola that goes directly into the ski area is great. In the newly furnished kitchen a few utensils like a kettle and a teapot were missing but everything else was great. Gladly again!

For our holiday in the beautiful Zillertal we have deliberately searched for something that just does not look as stale as many of the other accommodations. And here we have found something. A modern but very cozy and equipped top small apartment we can only recommend to anyone. Our hostess was always friendly and always easy to reach. Can we really only recommend. If you want to enjoy the Austrian Zillertal this apartment is a great choice. All sights are within a half hour to an hour drive from the apartment. Restaurants and a supermarket are within walking distance. The apartment has all the luxury you need on holiday. Kathrin is a sweet and good hostess. A day in advance you get all the information you need and in the evening she explains everything. All in all had a fantastic holiday.

We were the first guests in the newly renovated apartment from Kathrin live. The apartment has been so beautifully decorated with lots of wood, modern kitchen appliances, a great bathroom and a very comfortable bed. We felt very comfortable there! The communication in advance has worked very well. The check in was very uncomplicated and Kathrin is a super nice hostess. The apartment is in a great location and you have everything in the area you need. I can only recommend the apartment to everyone! Thank you for the great time!

Perfectly located apartment if you want to ski or hike (supermarket, bakery and pharmacy around the corner as well) with two separate bathrooms and a parking space :) I can totally recommend this place.

We found the apartment as shown in the photos. Everything was clean and tidy and we felt very comfortable. There is also a private parking lot in front of the door and a ski cellar. The bus stop is only a few minutes away from the apartment and it takes about 12 minutes to the Kaltenbach ski area.

It was a very nice stay and definitely not the last. The small hut is wonderfully idyllic in a small hut village and right on the slopes. Bring rolls in the morning with the toboggan and then directly on the skis and on the slopes. Would have loved to stay longer.

The accommodation was again the highlight of the ski vacation. A cozy apartment right on the slopes! In the morning, put on ski boots in the kitchen, go out of the apartment and go straight to the lift. Apartment is definitely recommended!

A charming little place to stay with a courteous host

We spent a week with a dog in the property and it was all great. The hostess is super friendly and the communication could not have been better. There was simply nothing missing. We would definitely come again.

The accommodation we really liked. The apartment was very comfortable was very clean and has everything you need. The highlight was the terrace with barbecue and the pool. The hostess was super friendly and welcomed us and our dog very warmly. We will be back definitely!

There were three of us in Irma's apartment, for a week to ski. We were very satisfied, because the location is great, the apartment has everything you need and Irma is the hostess very accommodating. We recommend the accommodation in any case and come back on occasion even gladly.

A great place to spend a skiing holiday. Ski-Bus stop 2 minutes from the apartment, and ski lifts just 2 minutes away by ski-bus. The apartment is clean and very tidy. Irma delivered fresh rolls for breakfast every day !!! A perfect place to spend your winter holiday. The ski-bus is 2 minutes away from the ski-bus. The apartment was very clean and nice. Irma brought us fresh bread for breakfast every morning !!! ;-)

Very good handling in advance and also on site everything went smoothly. For a trip for two, we can recommend the ground floor.

The apartment is well-furnished and roomy. The kitchen has everything that you need. The sauna area was great, with a good relax room and towels available. There is a room for ski gear (including ski boot heaters). Everywhere it was sparkling clean!!! We had a wonderful stay!
