Annex located on the Ice Age Route

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in our little newly renovated secret at the back of the garden. Watch the wild grass grow in the flower meadow while the sun colors the landscape on the horizon. Put on your hiking boots and walk in Skimmelskov in 5 minutes, or pack your coffee and walk 1/2 hour to Kløveshøj to enjoy the view of the ice age landscape and Tissø. The annex is used daily for psychotherapy, and invites you to peace and presence. There is a private entrance from the sea path, and a small parking space for the car. Cottage in the first row, sauna and private beach

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Housing at the end of a dead end. Free parking right next door. The bed can be separated into two single beds upon request. Small desk. Possibility to put suitcase etc. in the utility room. Shower, sink and kitchen with hot water. Both the kitchen and bathroom are very small. Underfloor heating. Key box. 50 meters to a small public playground. Close to the forest with good running/walking routes. 2 minutes from the motorway directly to Copenhagen and Kalundborg. The home is separate but in extension of our house. Sounds may occur.

Nydningen

The enjoyment takes place in the countryside, filled with nature and good views directly over Arresø. Butterup - rural idyll close to Holbæk.

Nice separate bright apartment of 70 sqm consisting of three rooms: Kitchen-living room, bathroom and bedroom. Outdoor area in front of the apartment with coffee table and chairs. It is less than one kilometer to shopping and located in scenic surroundings. A crib can be loaned and pets are allowed for a fee. If you have older children (up to two), there is the possibility of an air mattress. Surrounding attractions: Løvenborg Estate, Holbæk City, Ice Age Route, Skjoldungerne Land and more.

Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful view or sit by the fireplace and enjoy nature. There are many good hiking trails in the area. The cottage has 3 kayaks you can borrow if you want to enjoy the fjord from the water. The fjord "Tempelkrogen" is known for its good fishing waters. The cottage is 45 minutes from Copenhagen.

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
