Here your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Walking distance to two grocery stores, library, toy store, interior store, gas station, beach, playgrounds, 2 different kindergartens. Child-friendly. Garden for ball games, trampoline and dock house. If desired, we can provide some toys, lego, dolls, doll equipment. There are drawing utensils in the apartment. Side by side with the apple trees in an old, organic orchard – the oldest part on our farm, «Fretheim Gard» – you'll find it: Beautifully situated by the fjord in Flåm, only a short walk from the center of Flåm and station area. The cabin is architect-designed by Stiv Kuling and was completed in 2023. It's built entirely of Norwegian pine. A modern, bright, and comfortable cabin with stunning views, a peaceful location, and close to hiking trails and natural attractions.

Flåm Retreat - Exclusive and sustainable mini-house

Flåm Retreat's minihouse is a sustainable and exclusive cabin designed by Snøhetta, with a focus on reducing human impact on nature. Enjoy panoramic views of Flåmsdalen, tranquility, and some of the world’s most stunning scenery. The mini-house has two double beds and sleeps four comfortably. A fifth guest can use the sofa bed for NOK 250. From May to September, we require a 2-night minimum stay. Single-night gaps will be released as they become available.
