From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Welcome to Tittmoning, an idyllic small town on the Salzach. Lake Leitgeringer is 5 minutes away by car. The 66 m² new apartment is within walking distance of the historic old town and is very quiet (dead end). It is a new building (hillside house), the garden is not yet completely finished. If that does not bother you, then we are very much looking forward to seeing you. Food is provided by supermarkets, a butcher shop, several bakers, and restaurants.

Beautiful apartment in our new building. The apartment has a separate entrance and is completely separate from the main building. The pleasantly cool apartment has three beds and a sofa bed for up to two more people. A stay with (small) children is also suitable. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential appliances: Refrigerator, oven/stove and dishwasher. The bathroom with window has a shower and a washing machine.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The accommodation in Julbach is about 15 km from the historic old town of Burghausen. Simbach am Inn, but also Braunau am Inn in Austria can be reached in a few minutes. Salzburg is about 50 km away. There are some lakes around the house (Bergham, Wöhrsee, Marktl). In winter you can visit some Christmas markets. It is also not far to the mountains for hiking.
