Der Haupteingang der Messe ist nur 900 m entfernt. U-Bahn Station und Bushaltestelle ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Im unmittelbaren Umfeld befinden sich viele Restaurants, der Palmengarten und ein großer Park. Das Zimmer liegt auf der Gartenseite und bietet einen Blick in den Garten mit großen und alten Bäumen.
