Large loft apartment with fully equipped kitchen, large work and entrance area, as well as a bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. In this townhouse you have peace from neighbors, can freely develop and are still centrally located to explore the most beautiful corners of the city. Free parking in the yard. Please note the narrow driveway. Long vehicles are better off driving in/out backwards.

You can spend wonderful hours of sunshine and barbecue evenings on the terrace.

Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

On the Elbe and opposite the historic old town is the high-quality furnished and very spacious gallery apartment in the noble Baroque quarter, directly on Palaisplatz. The apartment is ideal for families and groups of 4 people with two separate sleeping areas. You can walk to both the culturally and architecturally unique old town and the lively trendy district of the Äußere Neustadt.

It can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. On our farm we have a dog, chickens, ducks and rabbits, as well as plenty of play opportunities for children. Sauna use is possible for €20. Guests who are staying only for 1 night pay a surcharge of €20

Small apartment in a Swedish house

Our farm is located in the middle of the biosphere reserve. In our old stable building on the farm is a small, simple apartment. The annex has an extra entrance. Here you are in the middle of nature, the rooster crows in the morning in the barn right next door, geese, goats and sheep graze peacefully in the meadow. Our dog Mascha guards the farm and all the animals. A wonderful clear swimming lake can be reached from here by car in 10 minutes.

Welcome to "Casa Paloma" Casa Paloma is located on the eastern outskirts of Milkel. This gives you unrestricted views of meadows and forests from the terrace. The Little Spree flows right next door. The wooden house was built of untreated spruce wood. The house offers you on 24 square meters everything you need for a relaxing nature holiday. Living and kitchen area is open. The sleeping area can be reached via a staircase ladder.
