  • What a beautiful, historic home! We loved having the house to ourselves, it was comfortable and wow! All the antiques!! We appreciated the quick responses (especially considering the time difference), it was always very reasonable. Friendly and helpful. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pans, and some spices. The bathroom has shampoos and conditioners and a hair-dryer.

  • Historic home in sleepy town. The house is as described with many antiques inside the home. Beaver is a sleepy town that is situated half way on our trip to Yellowstone, making Brandon's place ideal for a short stay. The house is very clean with everything that is needed is in place. We would stay again if we take another road trip to Yellowstone.

  • This was a perfect place! great location -- a ski get away for us. Returning to the "suite" after a big ski day was a wonderful, convenient, and cozy place to "come home to!" Prior to our arrival, we had fantastic and timely communication with the host. We arrived late at night (in January) after a long drive, and the place was shoveled and the lights left on to welcome us. Frank checked in while there and wanted to ensure that we had everything we needed. He was super attentive to our needs. We'll definitely be back, and just hope it's not already rented!

    Mary2020-02-01T00:00:00Z

Marysvale is a great little town nestled in the mountains. Our establishment is located on Highway 89. We offer a great little place to stay while you are in Marysvale enjoying the Paiute ATV Trails, hiking, river rafting, family vacation, or just traveling on Highway 89. This is a great spot for your vacation; only three hours from Salt Lake, and three and a half hours from Las Vegas!
Our establishment is a family owned business that was built in the 1950s. The rooms have been renovated, but the exterior still looks like it did in 1955! Each room has a private bath, microwave, small refrigerator, television, table and two chairs, and heat/air. Towels, bedding, shampoo, and soap are provided. We have an ironing board, hairdryer, and coffee pot upon request. The beds are comfy, the room is cozy, and we keep the rooms clean. We strive to make your visit comfortable!
There is a City Park behind our Motel. This is a great place to take a walk, have a picnic, let the kids play at the playground. You might see some deer while you are there! It is safe to walk around our little town, and enjoy the country life.

Check in and check out was quick and easy! In the bedside table is a pamphlet with the history of Marysvale and some of the structures in and around Marysvale. It’s worth your time to read this pamphlet and investigate this quaint, quiet example of a rural America.

  • Nice affordable place to stay up on top of the mountain located near plenty of things to do.. Like Fishing at Puffer Lake ,or any of the other nearby lakes, reservoirs, and streams..ATV riding on the Piaute Trails or just sightseeing around the mountain.

  • Great location, cozy. Would stay here again!

    Hannah2019-04-21T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great stay here. Could use some updating, but overall it’s a great place. The location is amazing and it’s literally steps away from the lodge. We had plenty of pillows, blankets, towels etc. Don’t hesitate to book this place if you have a small group. We ate all of our meals at the lodge, but if we decided to make our own food, we would have had everything we needed to do so. Another plus is that the shuttle picks you up right in front of the condo. When we come back to Eagle Point, would definitely rent this place again.

She brought us fresh made bread, with a walk through tour upon arrival and even gave the kids bareback horse rides at the end of our two night stay. We Would definitely return if in this area! Thank you so much for your kindness. Go see Butch Cassidy’s childhood home only a couple miles away.

  • This place worked perfect for us and our friends. It was cozy and warm. We were all very comfortable (6 adults). I would totally stay there again. Also a n amazing resort to ski or snowboard at too. Thank you again.

    Eric2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • We have stayed at Eagle point a few times now, always at the resort but everywhere was full so we went looking at AirBnb, we found Lucie's place and booked our weekend. Lucie was really helpful with messages and arrival/ check in details. Also with photos for directions which is handy in the snow! The house was a perfect size for a family of four and VERY warm and cosy. Whilst it is a little further to walk to catch the bus up to the ski resort it's not too much (ignoring grumbling kids) of a problem, and the bus drivers dropped us off on the loop to save us a walk. Although we never noticed until the day we left that you can literally ski to the door from Tunnel vision! This is a new property on AirBnB. Don't take the lack of reviews as a negative, this place is a hidden gem and will be sure to book up fully very quickly! We are definitely planning on coming back. Thank you Lucie for being a great host.

    Marsha2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • This was a great two bedroom condo that was the perfect spot for our ski weekend. We loved the ski in and ski out option, being close to the restaurant/bar at the lodge, and being close to shuttle pick ups. The condo was clean, and the decor was really cute. We enjoyed listening to music on the old radio while playing through a lot of different games. Making a fire on the wood burning stove at night was the perfect end to a day filled with skiing and snowboarding. We had a great time and would stay here again on our next visit.

    Kelli2020-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • Ski in and out was great. And the broad games were a hit. Thank you!

    Jake2020-01-03T00:00:00Z
  • The six of us had a great stay at Lucie’s. Stylish mountain decor, super comfy beds and sparking clean on the inside. Lots of fresh powder on the outside which made for a great ski day. We loved having ski in-ski out and close proximity to the lodge for WiFi and dining.

  • This condo is recently updated, clean, comfortable and Adam was an excellent host.

    Christian2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Very comfortable and stylish. The living room was where we congregated most days/evenings especially with the fire running on the cold evenings. Conveniently located close to Eagle Point Resort. I would recommend this place to family/friends.

    Nicollette2020-02-26T00:00:00Z
  • This place is a great place for a family or group of friends to unwind and enjoy life together. It doesn't help that there is a full ski resort in the winter or great hiking/fishing in the summer out the back balcony. The inside easily sleeps 10 people in the 3 bedroom. There is a TV in every room and internet throughout. The kitchen is stocked with pans, utensils, baggies, Tupperware, etc. There are board games in the closet, an Xbox 360, and even baby stuff like a play pen and high chair. The host Adam is a super host and responds really quick to any issues, concerns or general information. Definitely a must stay. Do yourself a favor and enjoy life at this wonderful place

  • I've stayed at several different properties in a few countries and I have to say that this property is icing on the cake! The cream of the crop. The top of the line! The pick of the litter. "The very best that ever was.." The property had everything! Pots and pans, extra towels, ample space, views upon views, amenities for days! The decor was beautifully contemporary with splashes of rustic charm and it felt like it welcomed us with open arms similarly like seeing a beloved family member for the first time in a longgggg time! What's even more amazing is Adam's quick responses to my, some would say, stupid questions! The location was easy to get to with the lifts being so close! We very much enjoyed our first time at Eagle Point and would stay again. Twas an amazing value! Would recommend to anyone! Thanks for making our stay unforgettable! 5 out of 5 Certified Fresh Strongly Agree Extremely Favorable Like

  • The space was better than I could have imagined. All of the amenities you can possibly need. The place was super clean and beautifully decorated. Adam from the start was great with tips, and making sure we had everything we needed. There’s a shuttle stop for the ski resort steps from the condo. The parking was super great, right in front of the condo. Adam gave us spot on directions to get there. There was plenty of room to sleep as described, and all the linens were clean. There was an endless amount of games for the kids, both in the closet and with the game console. Honestly I would stay here not only again, but would highly recommend to anyone with kids. Most comfortable stay, and only wish I could have stayed longer!

  • Great place to stay! The house is wonderful, the location is ideal, and the hosts are so accommodating. They responded quickly to several special requests we had and were so helpful. The ride-in, ride-out location of the house on the Paiute Trail can't be beat. The house has lots of beds and two bathrooms so it accommodated our group well. It was super clean.

    Richard2019-09-21T00:00:00Z
  • This was a wonderful place to stay. The upstairs portion of the house was huge and spacious. Plenty of sleeping space and decorated very cute. Will definitely be planning on staying there next time we come to town. Peggy and Richard were very kind and gave us information about the area and things going on locally we might be interested in.

    Tonya2019-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • Peggy’s lodge is as described! Nice hosts! They are easy to communicate with! Nice location that is close to hiking trails and restaurants in town. Great place for a larger group. The whole 3 days 2 nights stay would be perfect if we didn’t encounter two issues. First one is that there isn’t a washing and drying unit inside the lodge. Since we went rafting, tubing and hiking(didn’t expect to get soaked in the rain/hail), it would be nice to have our clothes washed. Second is the noise. Since the cabin using the evaporative cooler, the host instructs to open windows for the air flow. When we were there the 2nd night, neighbor dogs were barking the whole night. It made it hard to have a good night sleep after. However, this is definitely not the owners problem. For the value of the cost , location, cleanness of this place and friendliness of the hosts, I would still recommend this place to others.

    Kiki2019-08-04T00:00:00Z
  • Thanks to you and Richard for your hospitality. And I love the fact that you live right downstairs. It’s super convenient. This is a great place to stay & we will be back!

He also left us a kind gesture knowing that my husband's birthday happened while we were out there! The location was great for us as we had business just up the street. We had no issues whatsoever. • We absolutely loved our stay at this house! It was a lovely little place to get away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life and have a relaxing weekend. The house was spotless, easy to find and check in to, and in a wonderful location. Will definitely be returning when we need another easy weekend getaway!

    Eric2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Loved it! My wife and I loved the ’Texas touches’ as we are from Texas. It was very cozy and homy! The home was very clean and it had everything we wanted!

    Samuel2019-09-21T00:00:00Z
  • This place is pretty much exactly as it looks in the photos. Very clean with super easy access and a convenient location. The mercantile is about a 20 second walk from the house and they pretty much have everything a regular grocery store has, albeit less choices of which brand of bread you want, but have it nonetheless. We used this as our home base for a little fishing trip for 4 days. The covered parking was nice to keep the boat from getting frosty (34 degrees in September, yikes) and the driveway is plenty large enough for multiple vehicles. Some places you stay at always clean out the cabinets, which is good and bad, but here there are some things that are left behind, which is a good thing. There was coffee filters, coffee, salt, pepper, some seasonings, cooking spray, etc, which is nice so you don't have to bring your whole kitchen or if you forgot, have bland food all weekend. Also, there is a good supply of all types of kitchen utensils, silverware and dish-ware. Out of all the places we have rented on airbnb or VRBO, this is definitely in the top in regards to amenities and price. Definitely a good value here, don't pass this one up. We will be booking this one again next time we visit. Pro Tip: The code for the front door only unlocks the deadbolt, not the doorknob. So if you lock the front door doorknob and leave through the back door, make sure you know the code for the backdoor.

  • Place was amazing, everything we needed and in pristine condition - even a grill outside! Fantastic space that was perfect for me and my wife. Well equipped kitchen and brand new washer and dryer. One of the days they left us some free vouchers for the shaved ice stall across the road which was very kind and thoughtful. Perfect place to stay to visit Bryce if you want peaceful evenings too!

**Access roads from the east of Eagle Mt. Ski resort are closed for the winter.** This Groovy Pad takes you back to the 1970s. Enjoy the tranquility of small town or the adventures of exploring Southern Utah’s color country and parks, or use it as a home base, a place to rest for the next adventure. Fish Otter creek, explore Bryce Canyon, Big Rock Candy Mountain, ATV trails or the Mystic Hot springs; or take long drives down Highway 12 into the Grand Staircase to Boulder, and Capitol Reef.
This white brick home is split into two apartments, a basement apartment, and the ground floor level apartment. You will have use of the upper or main level floor apartment. (The basement has its own separate entrance.) The 70’s decor, in this Groovy Pad, includes rust-orange shag carpet, rust leather couches in a spacious living room. The hippy bathroom features oranges sinks and an orange bathtub. The living room has ample sectional seating in front of floor to ceiling windows with a view of the mountains to the west and often a stunning Utah sunset. A touch of the modern is the wall-mounted television that carries local and internet channels, thanks to Wifi. If you have an Amazon or Netflix account, you may view movies during your stay. This Pad has a nearly 1500 square feet pad with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a half bath in the washroom where a washer and dryer are included. (Though, currently, there isn’t a door on the washroom) There is a throwback yellow and brown kitchen and dining area, with a table that seats 6 and a counter for 2 more. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, pots, and pans for cooking your meals and snacks, along with coffee pot, microwave, toaster, plates, bowls, and cups. The town has only one grocery store so you would be well advised to bring your own food if you intend to cook. There are some food supplies in the cupboards for emergency use. There are no restaurants or fast food outlets in town, although the service station has some snack, quick meals. A carport and driveway provides room for several cars near the entrance and even an RV. Sister property to Peaceful Easy Stay for Your Southern Utah Getaway!
The property is one of three houses on a large country block. Junction is a small friendly town with cows and horses and large fields of alfalfa. The town only has one store and a gas station. It is surrounded by many southern Utah attractions, most within a three-hour drive. • family ski trip. Sits right next door to Eagle Point lodge and it’s within steps of the lift! We had a fabulous time, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all of our meals, bedrooms & bathrooms were clean with a lot of extra bedding. We didn’t use the fireplace but did make use of the heaters provided. Those were nice to have. This is a great place for a mountain getaway! We were able to pick up the WiFi from the lodge about 90% of the time! There is no cable in the condo, but there is a DVD player and a lot of movies are provided! Overall we highly recommend Jades place! We’ve already booked 2 more trips!

Unique- Absolutely the most unique property in the Beaver area. This working sheep ranch is the last place on the paved road before entering Fishlake National Forest. It is secluded and quiet but with breathtaking views. Wildlife- Enjoy the ripple of North Creek that passes through the property or sit by the pond and watch the Bass try to catch grasshoppers. Guaranteed you will see tons of wildlife. Deer, Geese, ducks and turkeys find there way to our pond daily to water.
Adorable house- This freshly remodeled 6 sided house has a master bedroom, a bedroom inside the sun room and a loft that sleeps two if extra space is needed. The small home will feel twice its size because the large sun room has an extra sitting/conversation area with the most spectacular views.
The Ranch- Come during the summer and you'll see blackface sheep grazing the pasture. Perhaps the more than 100 fruit trees on the property will be ready to harvest. Enjoy a sweet apple off the newly planted trees or find one of the 70 year old apple trees and taste the variety that your grandparents used to eat.

  • I’d love to write an amazing review of this home but I’m afraid word would get out about how amazing it is and we won’t be able to go back because it would be booked!!! Seriously a must visit location near many beautiful sites including 35 min from Fremont state park, puffer lake and kents lake Reservoir.

  • This is one of the most amazing places I have stayed. We saw a deer with her fawn while we having dinner. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Beaver is a very nice town with lots of history. This was a starting point for us as we traveled the Paiute trail. I can’t say enough of how beautiful the house and ranch is. I would recommend to anyone.

  • Frank is a great host. He responded very fast and he’s very polite and kind. His cabin is spotless clean, modern, and new and it doesn’t make us feel like we are living in somebody’s house. He provided snacks and drink for us and left us a greeting card. Everything in the cabin (bed sheets, towels, soaps, and etc) are hotel graded and very clean (that’s the most important for me). Location of his cabin is also great because it’s a couple minutes from skyline lodge (this is not ski in ski out but the cabin is very close to the lodge) and we can hop in the car (or shuttle) to go back to the cabin for lunch and get back to ski after lunch in a few minutes. Back patio also has soothing view. Overall, we are very happy with this stay and will definitely go back.

  • This cabin is beautiful, very spacious and a great location for skiing/snowboarding. Our family of four had plenty of room, and that’s with two teenagers. Frank was there when we arrived sweeping the snow off the porch and greeted us with a warm welcome. We plan on booking this cabin again!!!

    Jeff2019-12-30T00:00:00Z
  • Great, literally brand new cabin. Location is awesome, beds were comfy and the host (Frank) was great! I’ll definitely be back for ski season!

    Jeff2019-11-03T00:00:00Z
  • The cabin was beautiful and so clean! We had tons of firewood left for us along with some sparkling cider and mallows for the fire pit. The area is beautiful and so peaceful. I highly recommend this cabin and Frank as a host.

Updated but true to that traditional charm that will take you back to when you were a kid visiting Grandpa's mountain cabin. Located in a resort that takes you back to a time when fun was plentiful, lift lines were minimal or non-existent, and nature was more valuable than electronics. Located along the historic Paiute Trail in Utah’s Tushar Mountains, in the Eagle Point Ski Resort off of Hwy 153, our Mountain Cabins Utah Condos are true diamonds in the most spectacular rough! Our Snowflake #17 is a beautiful ski-in/ski-out 2 bedroom, two-bath condo with a loft that sleeps 11 people. A Queen bed in each of the bedrooms, s corner unit bunk bed system in the loft sleeps 5 (including trundle) plus a sleeper sofa for 2 in the living room!. Everybody has a place to sleep. Internet access, satellite TV plus a Blu-ray player is there for you to make your stay more enjoyable and comfortable. A real wood-burning fireplace with dry wood and fire starters makes things extra cozy and convenient. Fully equipped kitchen including cooking utensils, silverware, pots & pans, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, pi queezza pan, wine glasses, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher and microwave. You’ll find a starter supply of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap and trash bags for your use. The deck has plenty of room to sit outside and enjoy spectacular views of the ski slopes and breathe the clean air with a nice cup of coffee in the morning or a beverage of choice in the evening to watch the sunset or look at the stars.
Eagle Point Resort & Area: Any time of year, there’s no better place to escape the crowds than by booking a Mountain Cabins Utah Condo at Eagle Point Ski Resort. Located in the Fish Lake National Forest, at over 9,000’ above sea level, you can escape the heat of summer and breathe the cleanest air surrounded by tall quakie aspens and pine trees. In the fall, come and watch the trees turn yellow and feel the crispness of the changing seasons. In winter the solitude and beauty of the snow is like being in the movies. Summertime: Our Mountain Cabins Utah Condos provide untethered access to bucket list hiking, world-class fishing, clear water kayaking, paddle-boarding, mind-blowing mountain biking and miles and miles of ATV trails for exploration, all within minutes of your front door. Try frisbee golf or paintball at the Upper Eagle Point Lodge or enjoy golf or tennis in Beaver, just 20 minutes down the mountain. Do you have horses? Bring them up and ride the trails. We have space for horse trailers and areas for you to tether them. Don’t forget your camera equipment because this is one of the most Instagram worthy experiences you’ll ever find. There’s truly no shortage of amazing sights and experiences to share with your followers over your Mountain Cabins Utah Condo and Eagle Point Ski Resort vacation (tag us @mtcabinsut and show other guests around using #mtcabinsutguest and #mtcabinsutguide) Fires: Open flame fires are not permitted anywhere on the property. Be very mindful of the level of forest fire danger. Remember Smokey the Bear - ONLY YOU can prevent forest fires. Wintertime: World class skiing and snowboarding on the greatest snow on earth at Eagle Point Ski Resort is hard to beat. With access to 650 skiable acres and 40 named runs, ranging from tree-lined groomers to the steepest, most challenging runs in southern Utah, Eagle Point’s 5 lifts will provide each skill level of skier or snowboarder in your group with a fun filled, action packed day. From the base elevation of 9,100’ to the summit elevation of 10,600’ there’s 1,500’ of elevation. The small crowds, reasonable lift pricing, expert terrain and spectacular views are unbeatable. The national forest lands surrounding Eagle Point Ski Resort are your playground for snowmobiling, timber sledding and snow biking. (Not permitted within the boundaries of the Resort). Endless trails for snowshoeing or cross country skiing are also right outside the condos. Take the little ones out for sledding, make snow angels, make a snowman or engage in a good old fashioned snowball fight. Bring your family and teach them how to ski and also get in plenty of vertical for yourself. The Terrain Park, located by the Monarch Triple Chair Lift, is an ever evolving creation of our residential Tzar of Creation, Mongo. The addition of new snow making equipment in 2019, created five different jumps and twelve rail features. Come and try those tricks you saw on television and were told not to try at home. Well, you’re not at home now are you? However, a bit of prudence and common sense might be a good rule of thumb. After a day on the slopes, enjoy a cup of hot cocoa by the warm fireplace (wood supplied) as you look out over the resort and let the memories you’re building really sink in and find a permanent home in your heart. Or, let someone else do all the work and simply go to the Canyon Side Lodge to enjoy a fantastic meal with the family or a quiet wine or beverage in the bar. Hot tub time? Meander down to the Canyon Side Lodge and slip into one of two hot tubs and soak those muscles and relax while looking out over the hillside. Enjoy deeply. Winter Survival: It is absolutely mandatory to drive vehicles with four wheel or all-wheel drive, or you must have chains that you know how to put on. In your parking space in front of the condo with your front facing into the parking lot for easy exit. Put your windshield wipers up away from the window for easier cleaning. The snow plows usually come once a day in the morning. HINT: Remember in heavy snow, do not try to power your way out if you sense you are getting stuck. Move forward a few inches, then backward a few inches. Slow and steady. Never come up the mountain without a full tank of gas. Never. Falling Snow and Ice: Look up and be aware of what’s over your head. Stairs can be very slippery and dangerous. Wear appropriate shoes and clothing. At Your Condo: Please do your part to conserve water and electricity that isn’t being used. Please keep the doors and windows or screens closed to ensure the wildlife stays wild and you don’t. Trash: If you have a lot of trash there is a dumpster on the left as you head to upper Eagle Point Lodge. There is also a dumpster available to the public near the mouth of Beaver Canyon. Please, NO SMOKING in the Condos and NO PETS. Entertainment: While there is internet and satellite TV in Wooded Ridge #6, we find that most guests come here to unplug and be entertained by the real greatest show on earth, Mother Nature. Your home away from home has family games and books. A Blue-Ray Player is available so bring your favorite movies to watch or that book you’ve wanted to read. Cuddle up on the couch with a blanket and pillow and take an hour or two for yourself. Cell service is spotty so you’ll want to enable WiFi calling if you need to keep in touch with the world below. Local Attractions: Puffer Lake, 1.5 miles from the condo, is the nearest of nine lakes near the condo. Plenty of fishing is available in the lakes, or the many streams and rivers that flow through the area. A half day driving excursion on FR 135 off of Hwy 135 will acquaint you with all nine lakes and get you out in the stunningly beautiful forest and meadows. Groceries and Supplies: Mike’s Food Town, is located at 270 N Main Street in Beaver. Stock up on essentials at Mike’s before you come up the mountain. SUGGESTION: Stop at bigger stores for your specialty items in Cedar City if you’re coming from the south or Spanish Fork if coming from the north or do your major shopping at home. Mike and his family have been the local grocer since 1980. Adult Beverage: Beaver Spirits, is located at 710 N Main Street in Beaver. Small but nice wine selection and also have great t-shirts for sale. Favorite Shops: ***Sherwood Forest Candle & Gift Shop, (435) 438-0211 31 N Main Street, Beaver, Utah 84713 ***This is where you can purchase the "Cup of Fire" fire starters used in our condo. Beaver Sport and Pawn, (435) 438-0211 91 N Main St, Beaver, UT 84713 This is a “just because you have to see it” The Creamery, (833) 796-4551 165 South 500 West, Beaver, UT 84713 Gifts, ice cream, cheese and more Restaurants: On the mountain: The Canyonside Bar & Grill serves Friday dinner service and Saturday lunch and dinner service mid June through Labor Day Weekend. Beaver Area: Maria’s Cocina (17 miles away at 1419 E Canyon Rd. - 435-438-5654) is our absolute favorite, must try restaurant. Opens Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Quaint Mexican Restaurant with Maria, herself, cooking in the back. Have to try it. Our Local Favorites: Beaver Taco, Craigo’s Pizza , the Timberline - for nice dine-in, Mel’s Diner for great burgers and shakes and The Creamery Cheese Factory. And don’t forget Dairy Queen for desert! Gatherings: Mountain Cabins Utah Condos own a total of six condominiums in Eagle Point Ski Resort. For your larger gatherings of groups or family and friends, consider renting multiple condos to sleep a total of 38 people in a total of 19 beds (including sleeper sofas). Larger groups are no problem, just let us know and we’ll arrange everything for you. How about that big family reunion waiting to happen, a beautiful destination wedding, corporate retreats/events, church functions, group trail rides and hikes. The ideas are endless but you can count on Mountain Cabins Utah Condos and Eagle Point Ski Resort to help you facilitate your biggest dreams.

  • The little cabin was awesome! Debbie was a great host. She gave us some good suggestions around town. This is a must visit!

    Trent2019-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • This was a fantastic place to stay for my travel purposes- Debbie was kind and welcoming, providing a ton of delicious snacks and amenities that made my stay super comfortable. The property is like a small farm in a beautifully rural part of Utah but still a town. Nearby is Bryce Canyon (1hr drive) and Zion (1hr30 drive) which are easy to get to from the lodge and the scenery en route is absolutely stunning. Debbie has a ton of cute cats all around the property but even as an allergy/dander sufferer I never had any problems while i stayed, she keeps a super clean house and the bed was so comfortable I slept like a rock! The cabin is completely self sufficient so you can wash, cook, relax and sleep in a small but cozy space. I’m planning my next trip already- amazing value for what you get!! Stay here for the ultimate ‘off the grid’ experience whilst still being comfortable and safe.

  • Great compact space with everything needed for hiking or hunting with outdoor fire pit and water along with everything you’d find in a hotel room. Well designed place that could be on HGTV with tiny places.

  • A great cozy cabin in a quiet town that's close to some pretty incredible landscapes! The cabin was clean and cute with good linens and a comfortable bed. We had two dogs that we needed to bring with us and our host was great! It was a good place for our dogs to. We were there during a storm and the cabin was the perfect cozy comfortable place to cuddle up in! I'd definitely recommend this place and hope to visit again sometime!

  • Quite clean. No coffee maker. Bring instant with you. Great location, but if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs. The trucks traveling through town at night are noisy. Get a booklet at Tuggs free for historic mining district to see all the old buildings. Who knew CocaCola bottling use to be there. Really nice people. Beautiful country.

  • We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Mary’s place. We arrived very late, but despite this, the check-in went perfectly. Our room was really clean, and there was a great feel to the whole place. We had one toddler with us, and there was space to put up a pack-in-play for the them to sleep in. It was just what we needed for the weekend.

    Elise2019-05-27T00:00:00Z

It is a lovely park to take a stroll or have a picnic. There is a playground for the kids. • We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is very clean and the beds are so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the backyard and played lots of family soccer games while we were there. I loved the fact that the house is fenced in as we have a toddler. We ate some meals inside and some outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather. The fire pit was perfect for s’mores. We rented this house as a place to go see Capitol Reef and also explored a few other places close by. We would definitely recommend it.

  • If you want a great place to stay this is it. The decoration is excellent, the amenities are plentiful and the yard is large and very neat with a nice fire pit as well as a large outdoor table for dining. The location is good we were reasonablely close to Bryce canyon , also to Canyon Reef and the Grand Staircase. The Town of Kingston is small and very quiet. Ideal to return to after a busy day of site seeing. I cannot say enough good things about our stay! Doug

  • Outstanding place! Gorgeous, designer home with every comfort you could wish for, including fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds and linens, plenty of bath supplies, coffee and cream, and even a surprise delivery of banana bread from Camille. Every detail was thoughtfully executed. And on top of that, the outside of the home is set up for perfect enjoyment in warmer weather, with grill, fire pit, and table and plenty of chairs. The view is spectacular and location is central between several of the national parks / monuments without being right in the touristy areas. Next town over has good breakfast and dinner spots and grocery. Highly recommended!!

    Erin2018-10-09T00:00:00Z
  • The place was beautiful and cozy - we loved staying there with family! The fenced-in yard and fire pit were perfect for the kids! We loved the indoor and outdoor tables - both large enough to do puzzles and play games after meals. The bedrooms were a lovely retreat with the softest beds and nicest linens. We stayed in this house so we could visit Capitol Reef, so the drive was a little far, but otherwise, I would love to stay here again - it was really charming and so clean!
