Unser Traum ist mit dieser wunderschönen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Seebad Ahlbeck wahr geworden. Wake up, quickly run the 100 m to the beach for a refreshing swim before having breakfast on the sunny balcony and start the day with a coffee! That was our dream which came true with this beautiful 3-room flat in the seaside town Ahlbeck.

The house is located in a quiet area on the island of Wolin, close to the most beautiful wild beaches with wonderful cliffs, several lakes, cycling and walking routes and a golf course. It is a great base for other seaside attractions nearby. At the same time, we have peace and quiet on the spot, the sunset admired from the terrace and the stars looking into the eyes.

ALTE BUCHDRUCKEREI (Bäder architecture, listed) - a beachfront, individually furnished 92.5 sqm apartment on 2 floors, with 2 bedrooms (1x with double bed 1.80 m and 1x with bed 1.40 m). On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and the dining room. A seating area in the sunny front garden is also part of the apartment. On the upper floor, the conservatory-like porch porch is to be highlighted. This can be opened by vertical sliding windows and used like a loggia.

The apartment can accommodate three people and is located in a quiet yet central location, about 250 m from the beach and the promenade. Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.
