A private property, with large garden, hottube in the nature reserve, it can accommodate up to 10 people. Quietly located and yet very close to the popular holyday resorts, it offers just the right mix of hustle and bustle and tranquility. Comfortably furnished, with a touch of luxury it is perfectly designed for relaxation for families and friends.

Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

The LH 2 was built as a semi-detached house, connected by another terrace with the country house 1, with its own access. With a cozy living-dining area, a modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, an open attic with 3 beds, it offers space for 4 adults and 3 children/young at heart.

The villa Traumschlößchen 100 m vom Strand is located in Ostseebad Heringsdorf and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office as well as a TV. This villa features a private open terrace, perfect for evening relaxation. A parking space is available on the property.
