Unser Traum ist mit dieser wunderschönen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Seebad Ahlbeck wahr geworden. Wake up, quickly run the 100 m to the beach for a refreshing swim before having breakfast on the sunny balcony and start the day with a coffee! That was our dream which came true with this beautiful 3-room flat in the seaside town Ahlbeck.

We have 3 wonderful vacation apartments in Seebad Ahlbeck in a quiet location overlooking forest and meadows. At the same time, you are only about 600 m to the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information are within easy walking distance. The apartment is 35 m² with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a lovely terrace with lounge furniture.

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and the dining room. A seating area in the sunny front garden is also part of the apartment. On the upper floor, the conservatory-like porch porch is to be highlighted. This can be opened by vertical sliding windows and used like a loggia.

Our apartment is located directly in the middle between the Bansin and Heringsdorf piers. As a long-established Heringsdorf family – even our grandmother used to host guests from all over the world – hosting has a tradition with us and we are happy to offer you a pleasant stay on the Baltic Sea.

The 75 m² apartment in the attic of "Schloss Hohenzollern" offers a lot of space for up to 5 people. The apartment offers a fantastic panoramic view over the rooftops of Ahlbeck, with its many historic villas. It has a cozy living and dining area and is very lovingly furnished. There are 2 bedrooms and an open sleeping area with another sleeping space. Bathroom + kitchen were renovated in 2025. There is a free parking spot.
