Joli Gîte plein pied de 82 M2 situé dans un cadre agréable à la campagne en bordure de village (200m). Nous pouvons accueillir 6 à 7 personnes. Le gîte se trouve sur l'enceinte de notre propriété dans une ancienne grange indépendante au calme avec logement restauré à neuf tout équipé avec wifi. A l'exterieur vous trouverez un salon de jardin, barbecue, balançoire enfant. Sur place, épicerie, dépôt de pain, restaurant bar tabac. A 8 km du gîte, Sancoins ou vous trouverez tous commerces.

Le gîte est spacieux avec une grande pièce à vivre et deux belles chambres le tout sur 82 M2. Il est tout équipé, lave vaisselle, four micro - ondes, four électrique encastré, réfrigérateur combiné, plaque de cuisson et lave linge. Au salon, TV et lecteur DVD Wifi. Le gîte est composé de 2 chambres ou vous trouverez un lit 2 personnes dans chaque chambre avec et un lit une personne dans l'une d'elles. LES DRAPS SONT FOURNIS (sans supplément). Au salon un canapé convertible 2 personnes. ÉQUIPÉ POUR BÉBÉ 👶. Chaise haute, lit parapluie et baignoire. A l'extérieur vous trouverez un salon de jardin, 2 bains de soleil, barbecue, portique enfant ... Le tout dans un cadre verdoyant et reposant. Il est possible d'arriver tardivement. Sur place au village, pain, épicerie, bar tabac restaurant. Vente de produits locaux sur la commune. A 8 km tous commerces. ACTIVITÉS ( voir photos) Visite de Châteaux, Abbaye de Noirlac, Forêt de tronçais, Canoë, Pêche, Baignade en étang aménagé, Piscines, Accrobranche, Ballade à poney etc... Sancerre et ses caves, Appremont sur Allier ( un des plus beaux village de France ), Parc d'attraction le pal à 1h30, Châteaux de la Loire, le Zoo de Beauval à deux heures du gîte. A votre disposition, nombreux dépliants touristique au gîte. N'hésitez pas à nous contacter pour plus d'informations.

Le gîte est situé à l'extérieur du village tout en étant proche à pieds du centre bourg (200 mètres) où vous trouverez une épicerie bar tabac restaurant. Le gîte à été réalisé dans une ancienne étable dans un ancien corps de ferme qui n'est plus en activité. (Voir photos) Vous trouverez tout de même quelques poules avec de bons oeufs frais, et tout proche au village des produits fermiers. Le gîte est situé dans un joli cadre champêtre entouré de prés et de champs de culture principalement blés, orges et colza. Vous serez au calme et au vert !! Ici les nuits sont reposantes ! Ce qu'apprécient nos voyageurs, le confort du logement et sa tenue, des nuits très confortables, un cadre reposant et verdoyant qui entoure nos vielles bâtisses en pierres au milieu de notre belle campagne et pour les familles, un endroit adapté aux enfants avec balançoires, trampoline (selon saison) et cabane à disposition. Pour approcher les animaux de plus près, vous pourrez vous rendre dans une ferme pédagogique toute proche qu’un grand nombre de nos voyageurs apprécient. Vous trouverez également des chemins de randonnée. Aux alentours de nombreuses activités comme : Visite de châteaux, Abbaye de noirlac, Forêt de tronçais, baignade en étang aménagé, piscines, accrobranche, canoë, karting, mini ferme. « Street Art City » c'est plus de 65 fresques murales réalisées par des Artistes du monde entier. Parc d'attraction le pal à 1h30 Châteaux de la Loire et zoo de beauval à deux heures du gite. De bons produits du terroir à proximité. A votre disposition, dépliant touristique au gîte. You have bicycles at your disposal which the children can ride through the woods or in the surrounding area. The partially fenced garden will give you enough privacy, whereas the terrace area with furniture can be lounged, in your free time. Au sud du Berry , à la frontière du Bourbonnais et du Nivernais, Chantal et Patrick vous accueillent dans leur fermette située sur un parc de 3500 m2, au milieu du bocage berrichon. Vous séjournerez dans un hameau au milieu de la nature mais proche de tous commerces . Le véhicule sera stationné dans le terrain clos sous un abri à voiture. La nuitée comprend le petit déjeuner et nous proposons la table d’hôte le soir avec ou sans boissons pour 15€ par personne et 7€ enfant (réservez svp).

Notre logement est entièrement de plein pied, vous pouvez profitez du parc pour vous reposer, une grande partie de la nourriture proposé en table d'hôte provient de notre potager de 700m2 et de notre verger.

Directement a pied, plusieurs ballades sont possible entre chemins de bocage et bois communal, sinon nous sommes au centre de la France ( 30 min de Bourges, 35 min du circuit de Nevers Magny cours, 25 min de la foret de Tronçais, 15 min du Canal de Berry, 25 min d'Apremont sur Allier plus beau village de France, nous sommes sur le circuit touristique de Jacques Cœur et celui du Berry Roman , pour vos étapes nous sommes à 2mn de la Départementale 2076 et à 25mn de la nationale 7.

We found the airbnb site through one of our sons-in-law. Came me, my wife and our 18 year old son from Calvados. We just have a few words to say for Sébastien and his family who welcomed us in their reception house (RESPECT to you Sébastien and your family, because you bring dreams to people passing by by renting your fully equipped house at a reasonable price ). We were surprised by the good reception, everything available at no extra charge as well as the small coffee offered for the 3-day stay that we booked from 02/21/2020 to 02/23/2020, and yes, the house for the three of us just for the three of us for 3 days, a dream. We will come back and book for a longer vacation because the place is quiet, secure and warm. places protected by dogs, Ras for vehicle parking included in booking Mr and Mrs Enault Didier du Calvados see you soon for a new reservation!

Caroline’s place was absolutely wonderful! It is cute, cozy and tidy! We just enjoyed an amazing weekend in nature, as the house is located in the middle of the forest, walking distance to lakes and hiking trails. Caroline was an amazing host, she let us borrow towels and check-out later for our convenience, even though this was not included in the deal. Nous proposons une suite de 40m2 avec au rez-de-chaussée un salon, un espace douche, WC indépendant et à l'étage la chambre. Les extérieurs sont aussi accessibles et l’on peut prendre son petit-déjeuner sur une terrasse. Wifi dans tout l'établissement. L'accès à la suite se fait par notre habitation.

Plus qu'une simple chambre d'hôtes, notre suite allie le confort et la tranquillité. La décoration soignée, originale donne une ambiance cocooning dans laquelle il fait bon vivre. Le jardin est à la disposition de nos hôtes. Des moustiquaires sont installées sur toutes les fenêtres. Nous attirons votre attention sur l'escalier hélicoïdal non approprié aux enfants de moins de 5 ans ; toutefois si vous désirez venir avec un enfant maîtrisant la marche, il conviendra de contrôler ses déplacements afin d'éviter tout risque d'accident.

Dans notre petit coin de pays, le calme, la sécurité, la campagne environnante, les nombreuses sorties touristiques aux alentours permettent une halte sympathique. Après la visite d'une chèvrerie pédagogique, on peut acheter de délicieux fromages frais.

Le Relais de Vitorine is one of the best accommodations we have had on the Way of St. James. We were lucky enough to find such a good alternative to rest. Sylvie is a chatterbox! She makes you feel like you've known her for years. She put us super pampered, even though we were there only one night. Breakfast includes homemade productive gently, so definitely a + point. The setting is phenomenal !. We will definitely go back :)

Irresistible ! We had the pleasure of staying in the caravan of Sylvie and her husband and we will keep an unforgettable memory of it! This unusual accommodation is truly an experience not to be missed! We were passing through this area for a family reunion and this break was only happiness! The trailer is a small jewel furnished with taste and with all the comfort! We fall in childhood and is a souvenir festival! What an adventure against a night in a hotel without charm! With just the sound of wind in the wheat to fall asleep! And to complete this beautiful moment, a sumptuous breakfast served in the adjoining cottage which has been created! What to say about it: juice and fresh fruit salad, jams and yoghurts, buns and pastries ... a festival of sweets! All this with a warm and sincere welcome! We will return with our daughters because the trailer even has an annex and the new house will accommodate us with our cousins next year, the Meeting place is already taken! Thank you again for this little parenthesis of happiness!

Welcome to our B&B open in 2006, located close to the famous forest of Tronçais! We are close to the castles of Meillant as well as of Ainay le veil, or the abbaye of Noirlac. You will enjoy the peace and quiet of our cosy place, its comfort and its light and decortations too. It welcomes small family groups as much as couples or singles, pets are also welcome! Our pool and spa are open for you!

3 comfortable rooms in an old restaured Barn, typical for the Centre of France, near the oldest & nicest oak forest of TRONCAIS & close to famous castles. Our rooms are cosy, spacious and you may take advantage of the park and the pool, as well as the Softub-Spa. We are located very close to the forest, so you may depart on foot or cycling to it...Tennis, golf are close too.

we are located in between 3 cities of Bourges/Moulins/Montluçon.

We are at Florie and Jean's place, the welcome is very friendly and the place is really cool ...!

Very nice place in a bucolic domain with the barn renovated with care, the swimming pool and its very pleasant surroundings, the vast garden, chickens etc! The interior is just as nice and clean. The reception of Florie and Jean was very warm throughout our stay. A beautiful meeting and a beautiful address to visit the region.

C'est un petit coin de paradis, calme, zen, verdoyant, un départ de chemin de rando au bout du jardin, accessible sur la D28 mais qui reste très très reposant!

Come spend your holiday in this former watermill with jacuzzi. The house, on a 2-hectare estate, is surrounded by fields for the horses. A small river passes just below the house, the site of the former role of the estate. The property has a large living area on the ground floor with kitchen, living/dining room, and four bedrooms with private bathroom upstairs. Outdoors, you have access to several terraces in front of and on the small island. You can go onto the small island via a bridge just next to the old mill wheel. There are loungers and terraces. Another small holiday home for four is just behind the mill, but the two houses do not face each other. You keep your privacy. Possibility of breakfast for short stays (contact the owner before your arrival so she has time to prepare it). Feel free to use the private jacuzzi (see rules to avoid any damage). The owner, who lives on the estate, will leave you bikes to use for your rides. You can also bring your horses and let them graze in the surrounding meadows on the fully enclosed estate. The Tronçais Forest, 7km away, is famous for its fine footpaths. You are a few minutes by car from the village of Ainay-le-Château (6km) where you can do your shopping and visit Chandon Castle. Ainay-le-Vieil Castle (17km) is also worth the detour as well as the medieval town of Hérisson (28km). For golf lovers, a beautiful course awaits at Nassigny golf course (30km).
