Adjacent is a spacious living area with a futon double bed (160x200cm) and two sofas. There are two separate bedrooms, one with two single beds, and the other offers a comfortable king-size bed. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. The same goes for public transportation (bus 2 min, subway 4 min, S-Bahn 10 min), Oktoberfest, the traffic museum, and the beautiful trade fair park. (Maximum occupancy 6 people)

The picturesque landscape around Penzberg is beautiful and the proximity to Munich offers big city flair with a lot of culture. Munich is only 45 km away. A train runs to Munich every 30 minutes. Dear people, we have made it, the first yurt village in Bavaria has opened - Stay overnight in a yurt, which are actually three individuals. We just connected them. Thus, you have 100 square meters with a terrace. We have 4 beds in each of the outer yurts, so there is space for 8 people. In the middle yurt is the common room that invites you to chill. You can cook either directly at the covered fireplace or in the wooden hut. Shower and toilet in the construction trailer.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally.
