In winter, skiing (lifts in Schmallenberg and Winterberg), cross-country skiing and tobogganing are possible.

The residence is connected to a bike path and surrounded by numerous hiking trails. The Winterberg ski resort can be reached in about 30 minutes.

For all adventurers, there is the Green Hill Bikepark and ski lifts to explore in the immediate vicinity. By car, you can reach Winterberg, Schmallenberg and Meschede in 15-20 minutes. Children can have fun on the playground, which is right next to the house or on a trip to FortFun.

In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

Beautiful modern vacation home in Sauerland, south-facing, for up to 8 people, new kitchen, terrace, garden. The vacation home is about 110 m² and has a large terrace with garden. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, with the bathroom connected to the double bedroom. Another toilet is located in the hallway. On the upper floor is another bathroom, a bedroom and a large living/bedroom with a cozy sofa lounge. A covered carport parking space is available.

Welcome to the Biskoping family! Our lovingly renovated apartment is located in a well-kept house where we live with our two children. The apartment was modernized and newly furnished in October 2025. After initially private use, it is now available as a comfortable vacation home. Guests can expect a stylishly furnished apartment, ideal for couples, small families or business travelers who appreciate tranquility and a private atmosphere.

The flats are on the 1st floor, each with 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, kitchenette with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, TV, free Wi-Fi and balcony. A washing machine is available for both flats for a fee. Cot and high chair by arrangement. Bed linen is included and a set of towels is provided free of charge. Prices are plus 2,50 euros visitor's tax per person over 14 years of age per night.
