The apartment is located on the upper floor, is bright, about 50 square meters, has a living/sleeping area with open kitchen, a bathroom (with window and shower) and a small walk-in closet. They live in the house completely alone (on the ground floor there is only one garage; the landlords live in the house next door). The apartment is surrounded by fish ponds on the outskirts of Soltau. Linens, towels and final cleaning are included.

Our small apartment is located about 3 km from Walsrode. Among other things, there is the world's largest bird park. We are located in the middle of Hanover, Hamburg and Bremen. There are plenty of opportunities for relaxation, shopping and excursions. Düshorn has, among other things, a beach bath and a mini golf course. Serengeti Park is also just 8 km away. A small supermarket and bakery is also on site. The beautiful Lüneburg Heath is just outside the door.

My place is close to Heath Park, Safari Park, Bird Park, Snowdome, Soltauer Therme. The apartment has its own terrace facing south-east. The apartment is located in the basement of a residential building built in 2014 and has new and upscale facilities. The metropolises of Hamburg/Hanover/Bremen can be reached in less than an hour. Bad Fallingbostel can be reached by bike within a very short time and offers everything for everyday use.

This small house offers everything for one or more nights in transit...idyllic little place also for your dog . In the house there is a toilet and hand basin (shower can only be done by arrangement in the main house).A small cooking point as well as a fridge and central heating are available. Barbecuing is possible in the small garden. I would like to point out again that it is simple furnishings in a wooden / log cabin.

The apartment is located in a 100-year-old barn of an idyllic, 26 soul village in the middle of (almost) unspoilt nature on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath. It is an area without superlatives. Everything very normal without big attractions. But this is exactly what we really appreciate about this area. Lots of nature, wide views and little distraction. It is a place where you can come to rest and draw strength.
