We had a great stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was responsive and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife & I were staying at Neal’s place as our Son underwent a Surgery and needed to stay close by. We were here to help him. The stay was amazing and peaceful. Neal made it easy for us right from our reservation till the time we checked out. Our stress level on Surgery was much reduced knowing we were staying in a great place with great host. He’s very professional, cordial and diligent! He’s very understanding and even followed up with how things were going for us. It was 4 peaceful nights here, in a great neighborhood and friendly neighbors. We will surely recommend this place and if opportunity presents, we shall stay here again! Thank you Neal for making it easy for us. We go back to our home with gratitude and knowing our Son is healing well! Thank you!

This is the perfect place to stay. Perfect location you are walking distance from manny great locations in Long Beach. Sam is a great host and made arrival and check in super easy.

The building is very secure and the gym and rec room are great places to try out while you’re staying in the building. I wasn’t able to go to the pool but you can see it from the balcony. Felt like I was at a friends house. Easy check in and check out instructions. Would stay again.

We had the best time at this place. Joe was very helpful and prompt to answer any questions we had. We loved it so much we checked to see if we could extend a day. Our girls loved the hot tub and pool area. Joe gave us great directions on checking in with thorough diagrams that made it simple. I would recommend this place to anyone who was staying in this area. We absolutely loved it and didn’t want our stay to end.

Thank you Sam and Juan for hosting this lovely place. The location is superb! Great walking distance to Chinese Theatre and Ovation Mall even with three young kids. The place itself is very comfortable with fully equipped kitchen and plenty of bathroom amenities that made us want to extend another night. The beds are comfortable and for plenty for three families. The free parking is a big plus! We interacted with the building manager and a cleaning lady who were both very sweet and friendly. Sam was very responsive at any hour of the day. Thanks so much for letting us stay at your property.

My family and I had a great stay at Patricia’s place. The kids loved playing outside, we were able to prepare meals in the kitchen. Everything was clean and matched the photos. Patricia is also very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again!

Genuine mid-Century California bungalow done out in authentic local style. The space is airy, homely and designed and furnished with impeccable taste sympathetic to the architecture and setting. What can’t quite be conveyed by the listing are the lovely finer details and casual yet curated vibe. The complex is of a number of similar units and I was treated to visits from the many cats and dogs living here which was an unexpected bonus not mentioned on the listing :) The courtyard the unit faces onto is so pretty, the parking space was very convenient and the location right where you want to be. The check-in and check-out instructions were very comprehensive, cleanliness beyond question and Sean highly responsive as a host. Without hesitation I will be booking this place next time I am in LA.

It’s very private and serene. The bed was amazing, felt like a cloud. Window view to the forest after waking up is surreal. Falling asleep to the noise of the river was majestic. AC was great and heater as well…..and yes, hot tub is a fair walk but there’s a heater next to the jacuzzi. Just make sure you bring a robe with you for the small walk back and you’re set to enjoy it. Ronnie was responsive and a great host. Gave clear directions. He sets you up to have a comfortable stay.
