Vacation rentals with beach access in Ryedale District

The apartment is small but well appointed. It has everything you need. The views from the front are stunning. I thought it was a bit pricey for the time of year.

Just spent 3 nights at seas the day and was definitely impressed. The host was very responsive and the apartment was spotless with everything there and more. The apartment was very spacious and had amazing sea views from each room. we will definitely be returning 😁

Last minute booking, very responsive host. Beautiful location. It is a small apartment but perfect for two. Right on the beach, with a good choice of shops, pubs and places to eat. If you have limited mobility then the hill to get to pubs and shops maybe an issue. There is also a flight of stairs up to the apartment. Would definitely return.

We stopped here with my two teenagers who loved the attic room. We found the apartment very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. Managed to get parked on the street with no issues. Good communication from Karen prior to our stay. We will definitely be back.. Lee

First time using an Airbnb, I always prefer self catering so sounded ideal. Perfect location for us as we were visiting a Pool competition in the Spa Theatre, it was only a 10 minute walk. The flat was perfect, very comfortable and very clean. We were able to park right outside the property. Unless you wanted to explore further out, everything you need for a short stay was only a five minute drive away. The flat provided everything you needed and Is definitely worth a visit. The only warning I'd give is beware of the seagulls taking a dislike to your car ! Overall, great wee place and very good price. Would definitely recommend Yips Chinese Restaurantfor food, outstanding quality.

It was as a lively place to stay, flat was clean and airy and felt like home. Beach and promenade a stones throw away and a nice walk to harbour. Easy access to Bempton Cliffs

fantastic apartment in a great location not too bad pub within 2 minute walk also beach not too far away either you can walk to Filey v beach in about 50 minutes or Hunmandy gap in around 25 minutes Excellent clean apartment with a tv in living room and an additional one in bedroom easy check in great kitchen and facilities would highly recommend

Loved the dining area spent most of our time in their eating and playing games with our family and drinking in moderation. Bedrooms were excellent and plenty of bathroom and shower for the family. Area was excellent and everything close by such as supermarket pubs and beach. Train station as went to Scarborough. Overall would stay at these facilities again.

A great place. We had the mother in law with us so the downstairs bedroom and shower room were brilliant for her. Easily accessible with a lovely host. We will stay again when up visiting next time! Thank you Cate.

Very clean, quiet property in a great location. Many and Beth were friendly and proactive. I would suggest changing the blinds in the bedrooms as they let in lots of light in the morning, so recommend bringing an eye mask. We would definitely stay again.

Harry was the perfect host ! Even though we didn’t meet Harry , We was arriving earlier so asked if we could check in early and it was no problem at all !! The house was perfect for us all including the dog clear instructions on how the heating worked and to get in the property ! Very fast at replying to any questions we had ! Perfect location as it’s only 5/10 mins to the beach/front , We have a lovely New Year’s Eve with our family there in Harry’s lovely home ! Thank you so very much Harry

First time booking through airb&b, lovely house very clean and welcoming. Home from home feel as soon as you enter, great selection of toys and games to keep the kids entertained also a nice little welcome hamper was lovely on arrival. Fantastic holiday. Well thought out accommodation with easy access to the town and beach. Close to a lot of attractions. Whitby, Scarborough and Robins hood bay all close by. The little town of Filey is full of lovely restaurants and cafe’s with an arcade and tourist shops, which were great for the kids. Hellen was a fantastic host, quick to respond to messages. Thank you for another excellent stay. This time we got to benefit from the coastal walks and open space straight out the back gate. Julie was a great help when my lad accidentally set off the house alarm. Within 15 minutes the alarm stopped and our day was saved as we had tickets booked! Brilliant hosting and was attentive that all our expectations were met through the break. Highly recommended and will come again if Julie will have us 🙂

Just one night but a perfect one night. Mesmerising views over South Bay, never turned on the TV, the view was enough. Apartment was exceptional, everything you could need. Dined at India, just down Castle Road, and the food and service were both very good. Breakfast at The Lookout on the Pier, as per Andrea’s recommendation and that too was excellent.

Fantastic stay, location couldn't be better - a stone's throw from the beach and a huge range of bars, restaurants, shops etc but set back on a side street so is also very quiet. The flat is nicely decorated and clean, with everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home - it's clear Kelly has put a lot of thought and effort into the place. Thanks for having us, and we'll definitely be coming back!

Spotlessly clean, very central location and with incredible views from all 3 large windows. The views are even better than the photos! Everything we needed was there, 2 minutes walk to some really great bars, cafes, restaurants and shops, and a short walk downhill to the beach, pier etc. We loved Saltburn, and we loved this beautiful apartment in the lovely Zetland building.

Fantastic location. Easy walk into the town centre but, far enough away to avoid any noise. Perfect location for attending events at the Pavilion. The apartment is very comfortable with plenty of room. The apartment / towels / Bed Linen were spotless. The Information Pack was very useful. The Host, Amanda was brilliant, very helpful. Communication was excellent with timely reminders for Key Codes etc.

Absolutely beautiful place and would highly recommend. Deco and furnishings done to a very high standard. Clean throughout and all rooms are great sizes. Super comfy bed with high quality bedding. All mod/cons, everything you need for your stay. Will definitely return. The best AirB&B we have ever stayed in. Teresa the owner was very helpful, a superb host. We spent 2 nights at the apartment. Everything was as described. The location is fantastic within a beautiful holiday village and only 5 mins walk to the amazing never ending sandy beach which is absolutely perfect for your four legged friend. Filey is only 5 mins drive with lovely shops and restaurants and bustling Scarborough only a 15 mins drive. Will definitely be back!

Such a great stay - the perfect location to explore Scarborough on foot! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and the view from the balcony was amazing. Our little one has never slept so well away from home!
