We had a wonderful stay! Our host was extraordinarily friendly and accommodating. We can warmly recommend the house for people who want to relax and be away from the hustle and bustle. In the very large meadow, there is a volleyball/badminton court as well as football goals. Pool area very clean and nice. Restaurants & everything you need can be reached in 20min by car. The sea in 40 minutes.

Host super friendly and efficient. The villa is really nice with nice furniture and well equipped. Highly recommended.

The four of us spent three nights here. Unique house. Great amenities. Stylish decor. Smooth communication with the hosts. For us, the living room and kitchen were unfortunately a little too dark in the evening or too bright with the ceiling lamps switched on. And the outside area is still a little uncomfortable. We still felt very comfortable and highly recommend it to everyone.

Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

We (a family of five) felt very comfortable in Damir's pool house. The view and the pool are an absolute highlight. Our 3 children were not so much interested in excursions, so we spent a lot of time in the pool - which is absolutely not difficult at this location. :) The way to the beach is easily accessible on foot and a sandy beach can also be reached. However, the way back in the heat is a bit exhausting for the kids. The house itself offers everything you need - and if something is missing, Damir is always available. All in all, we liked it very much and we would recommend it at any time!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We felt very comfortable with Marko and Leila. Communication was great! The accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures and was really nice! The surroundings are very quiet and rather remote, but restaurants and supermarkets are easily accessible by car. We had a great time at Casa Nostra!

Helena welcomed us in a very friendly way. The arrangement when we arrive worked great. She explained and showed us everything on site and also gave us tips on where to eat well. You simply had everything there on site, a small purchase had already been made, for the first hunger. Dishwasher tabs, tabs for the washing machine, dishcloths, but also charcoal…… everything available. Then a large fruit basket was brought over in between. Helena was also always available and asked the next day after a small storm if we were okay and if someone should come to clean. Pool was also cleaned once in between. With a dog also great there, because properly fenced, walking the dog is also no problem. So we were completely satisfied and would go back. Thank you very much to Helena and also to your husband🫶🏻

We stayed at this lovely place for a week at the end of May with our dog. Upon arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from the bird's eye view of Ivan were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with everything you need and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea in front of the door, what else could you ask for. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

We enjoyed our stay at Mariza's cabin in Labin. She was welcoming and always available for questions and tips. Felt right at home. She even greeted us with an umbrella for us to use since it was raining outside

We had a nice week in Biba's beautiful house. It has a very special charm, also thanks to the matching furnishings. Of course, you have to consider that it is an old house, i.e. a few animals here and there, cooler and darker. Unfortunately, we were not quite as lucky with the weather, which is why we could not use the beautiful garden so intensively and spent more time in the house. With a crawling baby, the house proved to be not very suitable, as the stone floor is simply too cool. The place is very very small, so there is not much to see, but if you are looking for peace, just the right thing. The location as a whole is perfect for activities in all directions. The kitchen is also very well equipped (much more than usual), so you can cook relaxed. Communication with Biba was very good and also her daughter, who was there for the key handover, is very nice.

Great house and an amazing host would stay again

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

Bea and Jürgen's house is really beautiful. Located on a large, beautiful area, there is also plenty of space in and around the house and nice places to sit. From the terrace you can see the sea in the distance, the pool was the main place for the children and we spent the evenings in the outdoor kitchen. Bea and Jürgen live behind the house in a trailer, they always come by to water the plants or to check on things - for people who want to be totally alone, this may be good to know. Bea and Jürgen were really nice hosts and also very nice to the children and Bea showed us a beach nearby and recommended restaurants. We will be happy to come back!

We were enchanted by the dreamlike atmosphere from the first moment! A heavenly garden, a very nice and absolutely clean pool, a billiard room and a cozy interior. The welcome with private schnapps and juice for the children was very warm. Even fresh bread, drinks, sausage, cheese, cookies, ... were already ready. Every little thing has been thought of in the furnishings: toys, kitchen utensils, detergent, umbrellas, folder with all kinds of information about restaurants, ... When the weather is nice, many seating options, the hammock, the volleyball court with spectator seats, the loungers by the pool with seat cushions and other cozy spots in the garden invite you to linger. A dream! The two black cats are part of it and get the food provided. They always stayed close, but well-behaved outside and enjoyed the sun and silence like us. The only downside of our stay: it was way too short!! Highly recommended! :-))

We had a truly wonderful stay at House Lana! Kristina’s husband gave us a very warm welcome and explained everything to us in great detail. The house is beautifully and lovingly renovated, with a lot of attention to detail. It was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The outdoor area with the pool is perfect – clean, quiet, and surrounded by nature. It felt like a private little oasis. Our children and dog were very happy here, and we truly appreciated the fully fenced garden. Thank you, Kristina and family, for this amazing experience. We would love to come back one day!

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

Reccomend this stay and in Senj to! We stayed with a 6 8 and 14 year old and they all had a great time. We took nanny with us and the set up of the smaller apartment on ground floor was perfect for that! Thank you again for your wonderful home to stay in.

The house was a dream to be in. We spent the 7th New Year's Eve and enjoyed our time at Ana's place incredibly. The house is perfectly equipped with towels bathrobes, drinks and wine as well as a bottle of champagne. The sauna and the jacuzzi are super fun especially in winter and have beautified our stay even more. There really isn't anything to complain about. Ana is incredibly nice and comes in person for arrival and before departure and is always available. The house is incredibly well decorated and really no wishes remain unfulfilled. We will definitely return in any case. 🫶🏼

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.
