The cabin is off grid whilst still allowing all the home comforts of a hotel room including a luxurious rain water shower and log burner to keep you cosy at night. Stroll through our private wood to the banks of Rutland Water and venture on to the village pub.

Lazy Nest is a Nest to Laze! Situated a 15 minute walk to the market town of Oakham. It is a small, modern quiet holiday home with a big heart, everything you need for a well deserved rest! It sits within a small cu-de-sac with 2 parking spaces at the property. Fast internet with 2 cozy double bedrooms, one Super king bed, the other with two lg 3’6”beds. A 7’ sofa and a cuddle chair to snuggle up and watch a film on Netfix on the 55" TV. Laze in the double hammocks in the natural garden!

Otters Holt - Glamping Pod

A beautifully appointed glamping pod located amongst our topiary garden overlooking the pond and banks of the Willow Brook with views beyond, to the open countryside. The pod has its own decking with furniture, a bbq and fire pit with pizza oven to relax and unwind whist looking out for the kingfisher, heron, Mr and Mrs Mallard or maybe the two otters who live upstream. What we can promise are uninterrupted views, some great sunsets and a relaxed sense of wellbeing and peacefulness.

Clock Cottage is a self contained open plan suite located on the ground floor with garden views located within a characterful rural village within a 5 minute drive from Rutland water. The suite is open plan and includes a king sized bed, comfy living area and kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, freestanding open plan bathtub and separate bathroom and outside dining area. The living area can be used as a family/friends bedroom with the use of a fold out sofa bed. Ideal for a couple.
