It is a unique little hideaway in Rusthall, on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells. Sensitively and skillfully built out of a collection of architecturally salvaged materials. Warmed effectively by a woodburning stove the living area is a comfortable and bright place to work or relax. There is a little kitchen area and a sofa by the fire and dining table.

The fields around us have grazing sheep Due to the open beams on the mezzanine level, we don't encourage infants or children

Access is via six stone steps so not suitable where there are mobility concerns.Also, please note : no hob or oven in kitchenette

A lovely renovated old apple store in Kent. Featuring a pretty double bedroom and mezzanine floor with futon. Guests have their own garden to enjoy in the summer or a wood burner inside to cosy up to in winter. Situated in the countryside, a short drive to Tunbridge Wells. Little Bank is a recently converted detached garage, with underfloor heating, private entrance, behind gates and with an en-suite shower room. Situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Speldhurst with its 13th century inn (The George and Dragon), this room is perfect for those in search of lovely dog walks and beautiful local countryside. Only a 10 minute drive into Royal Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge, there is also a superb shop in the village.
