A modern annex with en-suite bathroom. Would suit a business traveller, a couple or a young family for an affordable weekend/holiday getaway. The space comfortably sleeps 3, the pull out trundle bed can provide an additional full size single bed to fit a 4th person. However, this does compromise floor space and we feel this option would only suit a family with young children. The annex does not have a kitchen but tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, mini fridge,microwave and outside BBQ

Bright, cosy and welcoming cabin, Fern Hollow

Fern Hollow is a perfect place to retreat and rest, cosily and comfortably at the bottom of my garden, behind my 1950's semidetached home. It is a unique little hideaway in Rusthall, on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells. Sensitively and skillfully built out of a collection of architecturally salvaged materials. Warmed effectively by a woodburning stove the living area is a comfortable and bright place to work or relax. There is a little kitchen area and a sofa by the fire and dining table.

Had a really nice few nights at this cottage. The house has been done to a high standard with the kitchen and bathroom really nice and ‘home from home’ feeling. Great communication throughout and shop just a few doors down and 5 minute drive into Tunbridge Wells. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Tunbridge Wells.

Thank you Diana for being a wonderful host. We had a lovely 10 day stay. The house is perfect for a relaxing country holiday. Beautiful views and very peaceful. We are a family of four with two kids, and the house was a great fit for us. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Diana is very friendly, responsive and very helpful with anything we asked about. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed here for 2 nights as son was attending a fuction in Tunbridge. The Annex was lovely, had everything we needed, was very comfortable and spotless. Suzanne had thought of everything in what was supplied including a great selection of tea bags! So many thoughtful touches for guests throughout the home. Information pack was great and very useful. Loads of kitchen equipment and very comfy beds. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jaquie and Steve’s place, it was under unfortunate circumstances for myself (needed to be close by to the hospital) but I couldn’t have been further away from home but felt like home at the same time. Their place is nicely tucked away so it’s so quiet and peaceful, parking is very straightforward, nice to have my own entrance so I didn’t disturb anyone as I was back and forth at late times. Really easy and flexible check in with the lock box. The comfiest bed and pillows ever! Such nice little touches provided, Jaquie has thought of everything you would need for time away! Great lighting and wifi signal which allowed me to work remotely with no issues, loads of plug sockets. Big smart TV with Netflix is a great touch too. Utilised the space perfectly with all the furnishings! Jaquie went above and beyond with personal touches too including biscuits and a little note which put a smile on my face at a hard time. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat!
