"The Hollies" Wine Country Victorian Farmhouse

Our home is a Victorian farmhouse on 7 acres in an apple orchard with a redwood grove, a pond, and barns. The main house, built in 1910 and remodeled in 1996, is surrounded by an English garden and is on a quiet country lane. The upstairs is a lovely private suite with a private entrance. We book to only one party at a time and the home is fully air conditioned. I am a professional artist and Al is a retired Math teacher and an author of children's books. Room #2 breakfast by the pond

The queen bed is super comfortable. The room is a spacious 10.5'x13' with a large closet that has been converted into a kitchenette complete with a refrigerator/freezer, Coffee pot, and kettle. Located in the Ridgeway Historic neighborhood. I'm a mile walk to Russian River Brewery. There are over 50 restaurants within a mile. Breakfast is included; homemade granola with homemade yogurt, and coffee or tea. The cleaning fee is to cover 12% local tax, Airbnb doesn't allow me to collect separately.
