The ground floor has a toilet, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, ceramic stove, dishwasher and oven), two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, and the basement features a living area with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with steam shower. Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The farmhouse has 4 rooms (4 double beds and 4 extra beds if needed) and is right in the center of Abtenau. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. There are wonderful waterfalls, beautiful alpine pastures, an outdoor pool especially for children, mini-golf, a summer toboggan run. The house is located 4 km from Hallein and only 7 km from the festival city of Salzburg and is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop ( 400 m ).
