The place was very clean and corresponds exactly to the pictures that can be found online. Communication is going smoothly and we got great tips for the area. It's a bit of a shame that the rooms take relatively long to heat up. Otherwise very clean and highly recommended!

Overall, we were very satisfied . Unfortunately, there was not as described ôl, salt and pepper and above all Coffee available. We would have brought it if we had known. Otherwise, we were very please

We stayed with them for a weekend. Unfortunately, we did not meet Philmar personally, but John welcomed us, accompanied us and said goodbye to us. So warm, stay with friends. Great equipped apartment. There's nothing missing, welcome water, beer and a bottle of wine were in the fridge. Coffee capsules, cookies, dishwashing tabs, everything was available. More than you can expect. Accommodation quietly located, about 20 minutes' walk along the Meuse, you are in the middle of the city. Great city with really many nice cafes, restaurants and shops. 2 bikes were there for us, but we didn't use them, did everything on foot. Thanks for the lovely weekend with many impressions. PS: We were able to experience King's Day in the Netherlands, which we were not aware of when booking We can only recommend it. Best regards

Phillip’s place is absolutely beautiful. It is very well maintained and clean. The view from the huge sliding glass door and sauna are breathtaking! Our dog enjoyed laying in the sun and the long walks by the river. We truly enjoyed our relaxing getaway. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Just great! The reason for our stay was purely private in nature. The apartment served as a retreat for quite stressful days and this was absolutely great for that. This tranquility overlooking the Rhine is very relaxing. The amenities are great! Nothing is "spoiled", everything is in the best order.

I had a very nice stay at Tobias' apartment. The apartment was clean and matched the pictures and description. It had everything you needed. Communication was great. Check-in and check-out were straightforward. Definitely recommendable!

We have enjoyed this lovely and very spacious apartment. You can also relax on the private terrace outside and enjoy the peace and the birds chirping. The owners are super hospitable and very caring. We were brought our breakfast in the apartment all weekend, table was set. That really felt like pampering! In the restaurant also deliciously eaten after a long bike ride through the beautiful surroundings. The young lady and young man who also worked there during the weekend were also super friendly. Compliments to them too!

It was a lovely place for a Christmas holiday, surrounded by mountains and with a lake nearby. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Loved the upgraded amenities while not losing the originality of the architecture. Everything worked fine and there was a nice view of the town from many windows.

The accommodation is top notch. Everything clean, everything available, we didn't miss anything. Great little house, with a gorgeous view of the Mosel. Unfortunately, it was too cold in April to sit on the beautiful balcony. Check-in went smoothly and flexibly via a key box. The contact with Jessica was friendly. We used the convenient location and were traveling a lot by car, you are quickly in Koblenz and in Cochem. We definitely recommend this place 👍

The place is quiet and very comfortable, the sauna is 1 person and we did not use it. The yurt is great, the bed sleeps wonderfully, the kitchen is very complete. One night is actually too short to enjoy everything. Rose is very welcoming, a warm welcome and a sweet attention on the table... Wonderful routes walked in the area and tested the terraces in Maastricht, 👌🏼

Everything was well taken care of during our annual women's weekend. Comfortable beds, great house, wellness and beautiful surroundings for hiking. We will be happy to come back!

What a good place and nice house! A creaky staircase, beautiful floor, equipped kitchen, light, beautiful old doors, quiet, beautiful views, dark at night, lovely beds and nice shower. We'd love to come back!

I had an amazing time staying at Michael’s place in Köln, Germany. The design of the flat is outstanding, and the attention to detail is remarkable. Michael was a fantastic host, and for the first time in my experience, I met such a caring host who prepared a fully stocked fridge with drinks, alcohol, and snacks—bravo for that! I felt truly welcomed and it made my stay even more special. Everything was incredibly well-organized, making my experience even more enjoyable. Many people say that where you sleep isn’t important, that they just need a bed. But I disagree - it’s the place where you stay that makes the entire experience special. Michael’s place made my trip extra special - offering convenience, aesthetic pleasure and a truly comfortable environment. I was so impressed that I’m already looking to book for next year! We had an amazing stay as a family. All the instructions provided by the host were excellent and very helpful to find our way around. The apartment was clean and we felt welcomed by little printen sweets for the guests. View and river sounds coming from open windows with fresh air made this stay five star!

We had a Wonderful week at Gabi’s place! The community was very quiet. Absolutely loved sitting on the deck, watching the river traffic go by. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Also some coffee to start with, spices, oil, etc. Also really appreciated the aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and some small bags. There was even 2 nice trays to carry food and beverages out to the deck. There were several large grocery stores within 10 minute drive, REWE, Lidl, Edeka, and Norma. Would Love to return!!

Beautiful apartment in one of the most beautiful streets of Maastricht. Everything is within walking distance, facilities very nice. Occasionally what stumbles from the upstairs neighbors (for the difficult sleepers good to bring earplugs) but that also belongs to an old apartment. Communication was easy and fast and apartment is light and spacious. In short: repeatable!
