The property has been in the family's possession since 1950, after the end of the grandfather's evacuation trip here. In the lush and spacious courtyard, there is also another residential building where the host lives.

In addition to the main building, Mummolan's rent includes a separate lakeside sauna. Waterways and magnificent forest areas dominate the region, but in Mummol you can also easily explore the lively summer village of Lohilahti.

The apartment is part of a two-apartment house, has 1 bedroom and a living room combined with a kitchen, a terrace with furniture for relaxation. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace, no smoking in the house. The kitchen has everything you need - stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge, full set of dishes, dishwasher. Firewood is provided for the fireplace. There is a sauna and a drying cabinet. You can bring your own bed linen or rent it. The price is 12 euros per person.

There is a sandy, gently sloping beach near the house. The city center is 6 km by car, 2 km to the big market. Cute pet rabbits can be found in the backyard. There is no sauna at the property. If it rains, you can watch the big TV. Pets are allowed.
