Beautiful large and spacious apartment; very spacious, luxurious, open and cozy ambiance and an inviting atmosphere. Lots of light and coziness. Very luxuriously furnished; with plenty of all utilities available in the kitchen, bathroom. All available appliances and kitchen utensils, dinner cutlery and crockery are brand new and of top quality. The apartment is easy to find and in a very quiet and beautiful area; right in the center of Berlin. Within walking distance of AlexanderPlatz. The sleeping accommodation / beds are of excellent quality. We were really very impressed with the spacious layout, the luxury and the clearly caring design of the owners of this beautiful apartment. It is certainly an RBnB that I want to go back to immediately, if I have to be in Berlin.

Francesco's apartment made us feel right at home. Quiet and warm apartment, by the loche you could not hear a noise. 11 minute walk to bus stop to go to Potsdamer platz, and then it was a direct bus. It is also close to a Sbahn stop. Groceries nearby and reachable. Everything tidy and there was room to leave our things. We really liked it!

Beautiful and very clean apartment in a great neighborhood of Berlin. The lock box was easy to locate and all the instructions were simple to follow. Pawel was kind enough to let us check-in well before the official time of 3pm. Everything you need within a short walk - restaurants, cafes, parks, transportation, groceries, etc. After having a negative experience with my previous Airbnb this felt like an oasis - well maintained, modern, clean and appeared as it was advertised. Nice and spacious apartment, easily accessible by public transport and with multiple supermarkets nearby. The communication is easy as they respond quickly.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our Berlin vacation. I must say, the apartment felt like home. I’m already looking forward to coming back again in the future. I've just returned from my stay, and the apartment was spotless, looking exactly as the photos showed. Vasil, the host, was incredibly helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed. Will stay here again next time I'm in town!

Beautiful weekend spent with the family in Berlin: the apartment is fantastically located and offers enough space for play and fun with 4 teenagers (billiard room!). There are so many restaurants and cafes around that we hardly cooked ourselves. A clear recommendation and happy to come back!

This is a wonderful place to stay as a base for exploring all of the exciting things Berlin has to offer. The apartment was perfect for us, clean and with everything we needed. We loved the artwork on the walls and the balcony was perfect for our morning coffee. We also loved the extra little touches such as the extensive library and umbrellas on hand if it was raining. All in all we can recommend and hope to return in the future.

A great appartment in a quiet neighbourhood. A five minute walk brings you to the M4 tram which brings you in about half an hour to Alexanderplatz. For us it was a great place to unwind after visiting the city. The place was very clean and full of charm, and Anke is a great host. In short: great choice to stay for Berlin. We wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

Sebastian was a great host and communicated well with us. The home was beautiful and very suitable for a family holiday with everything you need for young children. The location is great right near Aldi and walking distance to the train station which was easy to use. The area is safe and clean and the home was well set up and spacious. I stayed with Katrin and Roxanne for two weeks. Apartment and rooms are very nice, the hosts friendly and open-minded. Very good communication and information, time for conversations but also opportunities to retreat. The highlight is the balcony in the room.
