Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Rum Point

The home and location were really nice. The North Side of the island is pretty far from everything which is nice if you want quiet, you'll have the whole beach to yourself. There are a few decent restaurants within 10 minutes. Most activities are 30-45 minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay, but 1.5 hours of driving every day to and from activities got kinda old after a few days. If you plan to spend most of your time at the house/beach/pool this is a great place to stay.

This was a great place to stay for 3 people! It is its own private house. We had just about everything we needed for our 6 night stay in West Bay. Comfy beds too!

Absolutely stunning stay! The home was beautifully beachfront, just steps from the sand and tastefully decorated with a relaxed, island vibe. Waking up to the sound of the waves and feeling like you were right in the ocean was unforgettable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully done.

Kate and Nick’s place was a beautiful, amazing place to spend our week in Cayman. Peaceful and just outside of the busy Seven Mile area, a short drive to great restaurants and shops. Very accommodating, our flight was delayed a day and Kate & Nick were kind enough to let us stay an additional day. I look forward to our next trip and would love to stay here again.

Gorgeous place on the water. Loved the view and privacy. Lots of snorkel gear to use, 2 tandem kayaks, 2 SUPs, lots of towels! Had a great week exploring the island and also just relaxing out back and snorkeling. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a quieter stay on the north side of the island.

To make a long review short, well worth the money. It's a huge house, it could comfortable sleep 6-8 people and not be crowded. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Every time we needed something, even things you wouldn't expect like a coffee bean grinder. toaster oven, or snorkel, it was there. The sandy beach was maybe 20 yards to the East. It's worth the price. Would go back again and again.

Phillip’s place was perfect for our stay. It was close to groceries, restaurants, snorkel spots and Georgetown. His property is well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Bed was great, porch was fantastic spot to enjoy morning coffee and there was even a hose available to wash down our snorkel gear each day. Loved that beach chairs, beach towels and more were available for our use. Neighbors are very friendly, we typically had the pool to ourselves, loved the Oceanside boardwalk. Would definitely recommend to any group of 1 or 2 travelers.

Liz's place was the absolute best! The unit was immaculate and was stocked with all of the amenities we could have ever needed. When we arrived she even had a gift basket of local treats for us, they were great! Liz was extremely responsive to all of our questions and helped advise us on activities and restaurants during our stay. Since this was our first time to Grand Cayman we found it to be extremely helpful. The location was perfect for our family of 4. The unit is located right on Spotts Beach where we could be in the ocean within minutes to snorkel with the turtles, sting rays, and fish and is still only a short drive from any activity or beach we wanted to visit on the island. We had a wonderful time and we can't wait to come back again and stay with Liz!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described - clean and cozy. The host was incredibly responsive and made the check-in process a breeze. A special shoutout to Eddie, the building lobby security—such a nice, friendly person who made me feel welcome from the start. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

The host and her husband were extremely easy to contact and they always responded within minutes! Shevaun even offered to pick us up from the airport and run us by the grocery store. They have bikes and extra towels for the beach. The air conditioners were great and the whole place was clean and beautiful. There is also a parking space for the apartment if you rent a car. Gorgeous views and the prettiest house on the block

Had a wonderful stay at Jodie’s place. The apartment was small but everything you need for two people. The included beach chairs were incredible and had shade coverings. The island is hot but the AC kept up and got quite cold in the evenings. The only complaint would be the lack of blackout curtains and the lights outside were very bright. We had a wonderful start and would come back!

This was the first time I have stayed somewhere with a bed that was as good if not better than my own at home! The place was better than advertised. Jennie was a great host, extremely quick at responding and also very helpful with suggestions. The grill ran out of gas and the tank was replaced in just a short time. Would highly recommend this place when visiting Grand Cayman!

My husband and I enjoyed an amazing 10 days in West Bay. Staying in Sean's oceanfront was the highlight! The view from the full lenghth windows was spectacular: watching the ocean, gentle, rolling waves, and sunsets were both peaceful and breathtaking. The snorkeling at Lighthouse Bay, just steps from the penthouse was full of delights: comical squid, a rainbow of parrotfish, cowfish, angelfish and tangs! Many other fantastic snorkeling spots, such as Eden Rock, Macabuca and Cemetary beach were close by. The penthouse itself was, as other have said both tastefully decorated, pristine, and comfortable! The bedroom was a dream and the kitchen fully outfitted for cooking and dining! If we ever return to Grand Cayman, this penthouse is where we would stay! As others have commented this condo's description and photos were totally accurate, not fully capturing its magic!

Loved having two Adirondack chairs on porch! Communication was fantastic as we needed a couple items that were part of the Airbnb and they were right on it and got it to us very quickly. The place was very clean, which is important to us. We met the housekeeper and she was an added bonus! She let us in and made us feel very comfortable to change as we got there early and we were able to get on the beach to enjoy the rest of our afternoon!!That was an extra top bonus! Loved having some great restaurants walkable. Though we had a car, we did taxi to a few places just because it was so hot and we were dressed up. Tillys was fabulous for sunset, Yoshi‘s across the street for amazing sushi and a great locals place down at Heritage Kitchen near cemetery Beach. It’s a little tiny hole in the wall, but incredible and amazing food and people! They were awesome! Definitely affordable but fresh and delicious.

This condo is a slice of heaven. From the moment you open the door you are greeted with a stunning view of the ocean and Seven Mile beach. The condo is very clean and has a breezy, beach feel throughout. The balcony overlooks the beach and a lovely grass area, with a romantic corner off to the side which is perfect for enjoying your favourite champagne and strawberries. The beach itself is pristine with lovely loungers (no plastic here). The water is crystal clear and while there are some rocky areas (which offer great snorkelling), you can walk smoothly into the ocean and immerse yourself for hours in the water. The condo grounds are beautiful kept, with tropical flowers and shrubbery. Jayne was a wonderful host and always quick to reply. Fosters grocery store and Jacques Scott liquor shop offered everything we needed during our stay. We look forward to returning to this Grand Cayman paradise.

Our last visit to Grandview Condominium was 18 years ago. It’s like time stopped. This end unit bottom floor was perfect for us.

Great location, convenient, clean, as described. Quiet. Krys also provided a few very courteous and handy items for her guests to use: a cooler (which we used almost daily for picnics), beach chairs, beach umbrella, and rubbermaid containers, which were extremely handy for said picnics. My wife and I were impressed by the nice quiet location, it was clean, comfy, and we felt great value. Kitchen had the pots, pans, utensils, etc. required to be nicely functional as we cooked a few meals there. We utilized the gym a couple of times. Krys responded quickly and was very helpful with the questions that I had. If we come back to the Caymans we would definitely stay there again!

Everything about this stay always makes me feel like home. Guaranteed my first choice when visiting the island for a short stay and commutation with Craig has always been top notch responsive. Home away from home

I could not recommend a better place to stay in Grand Cayman. My family of 5 felt right at home with all the wonderful amenities. The view and access to the beach was from a postcard. The hosts were amazing!!!!! They were always there when we had a question, provided amazing recommendations, was very responsive and went above and beyond. I would recommend this getaway to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay.

Heavenly! Best Airbnb experience ever. Private beach, amazing snorkeling, comfortable furniture, beds, & pillows. Everything you need is in unit or a very short drive away. Only drawback is hearing upstairs neighbors footsteps BUT not a big deal if you spend most of your time outside. Loved how well this unit was stocked (cooking supplies, laundry detergent, etc.). Lin was extremely helpful & lovely. The design & ambience within the unit are well thought through; charming. Our daughter is in medical school here & we will definitely come back!
