Incredible Beach Front Villa!

RachelRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Jason's place was perfect for our trip. The location is great - not too far from restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. but the proximity to the beach is unbeatable. Just a few steps off the porch and you're in the water.

Lovely 'Sea Dreams Villa' w/ Private Beach & Deck!

RichardRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Lynne, the host, was very responsive and friendly. She met us at the villa and gave us instructions. She even gave my wife a tour of the grounds, (very fascinating). Peaceful location with a great snorkeling spot just off the beach. Close to a nice grocery store, Kirkconnell’s Market. We enjoyed our stay.

OCEAN VIEW at SUNRISE SOLILOQUY - Paradise Villas

DanielleRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The place was perfect for our family vacation. It looks exactly as described and shown in the pictures. We had our four grandchildren with us and the place was very well stocked with pool toys, pack and play, car seat, stroller, etc. In fact, the home was very well stocked in the kitchen as well as all of the bedrooms. The kids loved playing in the pools in the complex. We needed to add on a day at the front of our stay and Kab was very accommodating. We were very happy that we stayed in the East End Area away from the hustle and bustle of the busier areas. We enjoyed being very close to Rum Point and visiting the beach there. The beach by the home isn't very children friendly and it was a bit disappointing to see all of the litter that accumulates there. One day we visited a small public beach just a few miles north of the house and had a lovely morning there with our very own private sandy beach! I would highly recommend a stay at this home for a family vacation.

Calyopso Cove was a nice little apartment for my husband and I to spend 5 nights exploring the island for the first time. It had everything we needed and we liked that the grocery store, ATM, and Heritage Kitchen as well as beach were close by and walkable.

A Beach Villa in Paradise

PelegRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The property is perfectly positioned on the island, everything is within a 20 minute drive. The beach at the property was very quiet and convenient when you want to relax and pause the island exploration. The house is equipped with everything you may need. If you like to cook they provide everything. If you want to eat out there are plenty of options in a 5-10 minute radius. I’d highly recommend this property if you want to both explore and take advantage of a beach/pool combo. Lastly, Ann was very responsive before, during and after our stay. She was very helpful when we had questions.
A sandy beach is bordered by swaying palm trees, casting shadows on the soft white sand. The ocean glistens in the background under a blue sky, with a wooden pier extending into the water. Tropical villas are seen in the distance.

Cayman Breezes at Villas Pappagalo

EmiliRating, 5 stars27 months ago
We loved our stay! There was lots of space for gathering as a family. The kitchen was sufficient for our cooking needs. Loved the updated bathrooms. Everyone in our group said their beds were comfortable. Each bedroom had a balcony with an ocean view which was a huge plus! The beach was just lovely. One thing we were just a bit disappointed with was the wind, which no one can control! It made the ocean almost too rough to get into and churned up things so the snorkeling was not great. We made a friend at the condo and she said the west side of the island tends to be windier, but some days they have no wind and when that happens the snorkeling is awesome!

Regal Beach Club #114

KaylaRating, 5 stars13 months ago
We had a great trip. Starting with the welcome packet, that was very detailed. The location was outstanding. We were steps to the pool or ocean. The place is very laid back and all the quests are very respectful. There were so many options for food and shopping within an easy walking distance. We enjoyed Peppers and got take out from Chicken Chicken and even had a sunset dinner next door at the Marriott. All the communication with the host was so helpful.

Beach front condo, Seven Mile Beach Cayman Islands

ShirleyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a great time at Amy’s place. Family/kid friendly. The place had everything we needed in terms of space/beds. Beautiful view. Full Kitchen essentials. W/D. Toys/books for kids, some water activity supplies. There was construction next door but it really did not bother us at all. Great location with easily walkable beach. Although it is was not really for swimming with kids, it was awesome for exploring rocks looking for hermit crabs. Has some walkable restaurant. Parking was tight, but super glad we had an assign spot. Definitely would recommend! And most like will try to come back!

Hidden Gem Cottage on the Beach

ValerieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This quaint, peaceful cottage by the sea truly embodies its name "Hidden Gem"! The scenery is incredible, the lush landscaping is tropical nature at its finest, and it is nestled in such a peaceful part of the island. The place is fully equipped with everything you'd need, whether staying in or venturing out to explore. It may seem a world away from the bustle of seven mile beach but it is easily driveable to any of the main sites you would want to visit, and bonus, less traffic to get there. Shane was a wonderful host and provided great recommendations and easy-to-follow instructions. Overall, it is a cannot-miss experience and place to stay!

Love the location of the loft! Just outside of the hustle of 7 Mile and Georgetown - so peaceful. Had everything you could need - truly a home away from home! You only just need your clothes and sunscreen. Kitchen was great and had lots of pots and pans, coffee and pantry items. Both beds were super comfortable and the loft didn’t feel squishy with 3 adults sharing. The oceans views were STUNNING! The pools and pickleball court were well used too - great spot, home and host all around - we will be back!

Ruby's Hibiscus - Grand Cayman beach cottage

NicoleRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We spent the wonderful, relaxing 25th anniversary vacation at Ruby’s Hibiscus. Rhonda and Isaac were so responsive. A couple little things went awry and they immediately responded and fixed the issues. We locked ourselves out one evening (oops) and they had us back inside within minutes of contacting them. Staying in East End was definitely the right decision for the type of relaxing vacation we hoped for. We’d definitely stay here again!

Cayman Reef Resort on Seven Mile Beach

WendyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Wonderful stay in Grand Cayman! We had an amazing time at A’s Grand Cayman condo. The space was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as described—everything from tennis rackets and beach towels to kitchen essentials and bath supplies was thoughtfully provided. The location couldn’t have been better—just a 5-minute walk to Camana Bay, great restaurants, and a dive shop all nearby. The beach and pool areas were well maintained and never too crowded; and even though the beachfront is small, the sandy lounge area by the ocean with plenty of chairs was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. A was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Coco Kai Beach Front Villa heated pool and dock

OleRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The house was great and the grandkids loved the pool and the beach. Chisholm’s grocery store made it easy to get everything we needed. Jason also arranged for one of his friends, Ben, to take us on a boat trip including snorkelling and feeding stingrays which was very reasonably priced and a big success for everybody. All in all a very good trip and we can recommend Coco Kai to anybody thinking about going to the Cayman Islands.
The bathroom features a pink colour scheme with tiled flooring and a striped bath mat. A glass shower enclosure is visible beside the toilet, and a small shelf holds toiletries. Soft lighting illuminates the space, creating a bright and functional environment.

Beautiful beachfront, romantic get away!

ChristinaRating, 5 stars36 months ago
This home is near a lot of tourist attractions. And includes everything you need to feel at home. It’s really visible in the details, like a sunscreen exchange box, cotton swabs, towel and water bins to wash and dry your feet from the sand before you come inside the house, an amazing kayak. You’ll have no regrets staying here. It’s absolutely amazing.

TROPICAL RUNaWAY, Cayman Brac

JulieRating, 5 stars8 months ago
The house was the perfect fit for our group. We were able to dive in the mornings, relax in the afternoon, and get in some sightseeing before dinner. Most days we used the kitchen to prepare all meals. All necessary cookware and small appliances were available. The upstairs bedrooms were roomy and had nice bathrooms. The downstairs rooms were just right for the young adults. Most of our group are scuba divers and greatly appreciated the rinse tank and spacious area to hang gear to dry and to spread out. The pool area was comfortable with plenty of room to soak in the sun. The beaches are nice although we suggest that you take a pair of shoes or wear your dive boots if you plan a walk. There are many rocks and shells and the sand is soft. Two sea kayaks were also available. We had a great time and would certainly return to Karen's place!
The villa's exterior showcases a charming entrance with a set of wooden doors supported by decorative columns. Surrounding vegetation includes a palm tree and lush greenery, complemented by a sandy pathway leading to the entrance.

Hot Tub Stargazing Waterfront Luxury Private Villa

DavisRating, 5 stars3 months ago
My wife and I traveled to Cayman Brac with 2 of our adult children over Christmas week. Coral Beach Villa was the perfect property for this stay. It is centrally located, in a very private setting, with a private pool and hot tub. The three master bedroom suites were ideal and gave my adult children the individual privacy they wanted while on vacation. Joy was a delight to work with, providing valuable insight on the island and responding immediately to any questions or requests I had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting high-end private accommodations on Cayman Brac.
A serene oceanfront view is depicted, featuring clear turquoise waters and a sandy shoreline. A palm tree sways nearby, with a wooden dock extending into the water. The villa's corner and outdoor seating area are visible, framed by lush greenery.

The Club at Little Cayman - Two Bedrooms

PaulRating, 5 stars11 months ago
Very high quality and luxury condo, extremely homely and comfortable, in a beautiful small and quiet development of just 8 apartments. The island is amazing and use of kayaks and snorkeling from the resort was also great. Check-in / check-out could have been a bit clearer in terms of instructions and pick-ups etc , but great place on an amazing island, even if food options are very limited (Hungry Iguana by far the best!)

Your guide to Cayman Islands

All About Cayman Islands

An idyllic island archipelago in the Caribbean, the Cayman Islands offer everything from tranquility and relaxation on the beach to adventures full of water sports, shipwrecks, and night tours of the bioluminescent ecology. Located in the western Caribbean between Jamaica and Cuba, the Cayman Islands have an identity all their own. A diverse range of cultural heritages come together to create a persona unique to the island chain. Dive with turtles in the morning, take part in a guided jungle tour in the afternoon, and eat at one of the many fine-dining restaurants in the evening.

Each of the three islands that make up the territory has its offerings and personality. Stay in the country's capital of George Town on Grand Cayman for a full sweep of island amenities, find adventure on windswept Cayman Brac with its dramatic cliffs and thick jungles, or take it easy on Little Cayman with its postcard-worthy South Hole Sound Lagoon that is perfect for swimming and lazy kayaking.

The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Cayman Islands

The weather in the Cayman Islands is close to perfect all year round, with warm average temperatures that are ideal for the tropical waters and activities the area is known for. The main area of consideration when looking for Cayman Islands house rentals is the high precipitation rate from May through October. Coinciding with the rain is the hurricane season, which lasts from June through November. However, because the islands are in the western part of the Caribbean, they tend to be shielded from most tropical storms and don't get hit too hard.

If your primary concern is the weather, consider booking your vacation rental or condo in the Cayman Islands from November to April, as this is the dry season. If you are interested in checking out the islands’ famous Carnival Batabano, where costumed dancers, street performers, and musicians celebrate the area's diverse cultural heritage, then book your stay during the first month of May.

Top things to do in Cayman Islands

The Crystal Caves

Located on the north shores of Grand Cayman are the mysterious Crystal Caves. Underground lakes, stalactites, and open ceilings that expose the jungle canopy above are all present in this ancient cave system. Navigate at your own pace or hire an expert to journey through the caves and lush jungles outside while getting the formations' ecological and geological history.

Scuba diving the USS Kittiwake

The Cayman Islands are well known for their world-class scuba diving opportunities, including reefs, underwater cave systems, and shipwrecks. For example, the USS Kittiwake was a former US Naval ship intentionally sunk off the coast in 2011. It now serves as a haven for all kinds of sea life, including shrimp, eels, barracuda, turtles, and grouper. This popular dive site can get crowded, so it’s a good idea to book in advance to secure a spot.

Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park

This nature reserve is home to several protected and rare species of plant and animal life, including the endangered Grand Cayman Blue Iguana. A visitors center, floral garden, and heritage garden are all available for exploration and provide the public with a view into the island's unique ecological makeup without impacting the environment.
