The cottage has a fireplace and a sauna that will warm you up comfortably after a day outdoors. The compact kitchen has everything you need and you can enjoy your morning coffee while admiring Rukanhuippu! The cottage's 31m2 + 10m2 loft includes a living room, sleeping alcove and bathroom. The loft sleeps three and the sleeping alcove sleeps two (not standard).

Apart from downhill skiing and cross country skiing (the FIS Nordic Combined season kicks off in Ruka) there are numerous hiking trails, including the famous Karhunkierros (Bear's Round), crosscountry ski &snowmobile routes, biking routes, fishing, bird watching, bear watching and also ample time to enjoy a sauna and peaceful silence.

The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.
