Enjoy the ease of your holiday in this newly renovated, quiet alpine cottage in the best location in Ruka, i.e. the elevators and slopes are next to the apartment, which can be reached in the Ski-in/Ski-out style, and the ski trails for cross-country skiers are about 100m away. Ruka Valley, which is right next door, has restaurants and a small grocery store. The Gondola elevator from Ruka Valley provides convenient access to the front slopes of Ruka Village, where you can find a larger grocery store and restaurants. In the summer, of course, there is disc golf and MTB!

The apartment is in a prime location in East Ruka on the slope, on the ground floor, on the slope side in a sunny location. From the door directly to the ski slope. All of these within 100m: Gondola, Rosa&Rudolf Familypark, Skibus stop, RukaValley restaurants, ticket sales & rental, K-Market (open during the winter season). Restaurant SkiBooster in the neighboring house, which also has a sauna during the winter season, but please check the opening hours online. Gondola easily to Rukakeskus. Drying cabinet for drying ski boots. Beds 2*160cm (for four)

Completed in December 2024, a high-quality and stylish semi-detached cottage with a good level of equipment close to Rukatunturi's services. Enjoy winter nature landscapes and tranquility 1.8 km from Rukatunturi ski lifts and services. You can walk to the Vuosselinjärvi ski slope in a few minutes. The cottage is ideal for families with children - there is a high chair and a travel crib. The cottage also has its own electric car charging facility. Good framework for remote work, 27' screen and 5G internet connection available.

Peaceful and well-equipped cottage in Ruka

Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

Rokovan Helmi - Natural peace in Ruka-Kuusamo

Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

Hyvin varusteltu Villa Joutsensalmi luo hienot puitteet aktiiviselle lomanvietolle kaikkina vuodenaikoina ainutlaatuisessa Kuusamon luonnossa. Kesäisin ja syksyisin retkeily- ja maastopyöräreiteille pääsee lähimaastosta. Talvella ja keväällä Rukan ympäristön hoidetuille hiihtoladuille sekä moottorikelkkareiteille pääsee mökin pihasta.

Kelovalta 4 cottage with 11kw car charger

Viihtyisä kelohirsi paritalo lähellä Rukan keskusta. Keittiössä kaikki tarvittavat laitteet (tiskikone, induktioliesi, uuni , mikro) sekä kattavat astiastot. Mökin alakerrassa olohuone-keittiö avotilana sekä yksi makuuhuone jossa parivuode. Parvi-yläkerta jonka päädyissä erilliset makuutilat. Toisessa levitettävä vuodesohva ja toisessa kaksi erillistä sänkyä. Wifi-yhteys, ilmalämpöpumppu, 11kw-laturi type2 liittimellä (sähkö veloitetaan erikseen). Hiihtoladulle lyhyt matka mökin pihasta!

Vuosseli Helmi's renovated, quiet and handy 22m2 studio with a unique location in the immediate vicinity of ski slopes, gondola lifts and the Valtavaara hiking trail. High-quality decorated, private Wifi, drying cabinet. Linens/towels are not included. It's always the responsibility of the guest to clean when you leave. Nice apartment, excellent location near slopes. Wifi! Bedlines and towels by visitors. Cleaning before you leave. Ventilation cabinet in the apartment.

Vuosseli Helmi B22 Ruka - 2 ski tickets

Second floor 22m2 apartment next to the slopes. You can access the slopes and lifts directly from the yard. Ski trails and sled routes can be found nearby, and in the summer, a bike park and disc golf are right next to the yard. The accommodation is best suited for 1-4 people, but by spreading the sofa bed it is possible to accommodate up to six people. During the winter season 2025/2026, 2 season tickets are available for the entire reservation. Pets are prohibited.
