Vacation rentals with lake access in Ruhr

We had a nice time in the cozy cottage. It was very clean and we found everything we needed. The sauna was great. Unfortunately, we were unlucky with the weather, so we didn't spend much time in the garden. Especially in summer it is certainly wonderful there, because the lake (the swimming spot) is very, very close.

A perfect relaxing holiday,the house, the terrace with magnificent views and the surroundings with the lake and forests!! Just wonderful and everything worked out perfectly. Anytime again...best immediately :-)

There were five of us in the house. Four spacious rooms for sleeping and a large living-dining area on two levels offered plenty of space to feel comfortable. There was nothing missing, neither in the kitchen nor in the bathrooms. Even spices were available. The pretty garden and terrace invited you to linger. The communication was very good. Always happy 😊

We felt very comfortable in the cozy apartment of Werner and Elvira. It is beautifully decorated and the terrace overlooking the lake is a highlight. Werner explained everything to us in peace and gave us tips for the area. Here you can go hiking and enjoy the nature. Everything we needed was available and we were able to relax perfectly. We felt very comfortable in the Airbnb. The pool and sauna were of course the absolute highlight and worked perfectly. The location was great for relaxing, there was plenty of parking and you didn't have to walk far. Before booking, it's good to know that the cleaning fees did not include: pulling off sheets, collecting towels, emptying the dishwasher, emptying and disposing of the trash can, and leaving the apartment swept clean. In conclusion, we still had a lovely stay in Hackenberg!

Birthe's apartment is in one word amazing! Very spacious, very clean and really everything is available! You can see in everything that attention has been paid to hospitality and comfort. For us, the location was fine because we were so close to the sailing competitions on Lake Baldeney. Definitely worth returning!

It was a nice extended weekend in the attic apartment, the AMBIENTE was perfect and the hosts were absolutely accommodating from check-in, to the accommodation of the e-bike on the property, to the provision of information about the area and finally also the farewell / check-out Michael and Sandra

My husband was in Essen (E-World) with 3 colleagues for work. Everyone enjoyed the accommodation very much. Esme was very friendly and accommodating. She even picked up my husband (on the way to E:World) and drove him to E:World by car. Dear Esme, thank you again for that.

Great place, it is in an apartment so you can hear the people above you. But other than that it was a good stay.
