Vacation rentals with a sauna in Ruhr

The apartment of Jutta and Horst is very nice and lovingly furnished, everything is thought of. We felt right at home and welcome. They are very accessible, very accommodating and friendly for any questions. Despite bad weather, we did a lot: a small hike, visited sights, made a detour to Soest, Bad Sassendorf and Arnsberg.

We felt very comfortable in the Airbnb. The pool and sauna were of course the absolute highlight and worked perfectly. The location was great for relaxing, there was plenty of parking and you didn't have to walk far. Before booking, it's good to know that the cleaning fees did not include: pulling off sheets, collecting towels, emptying the dishwasher, emptying and disposing of the trash can, and leaving the apartment swept clean. In conclusion, we still had a lovely stay in Hackenberg!

Very nice and modern apartment with terrace and views of the toboggan run and bridge. Very nice welcome and everything available for everyday use. The apartment is in a great location, easily accessible via walking or public transport to various locations. I was there with my kids for four days skiing, and we were super satisfied! The apartment was as described and in the photos. The apartment is very cozy and yet functional and without "useless clutter", which I am always the first to have space in other apartments. The shower and toilet are separate, which was super convenient. The apartment offers plenty of space, especially in winter with all the ski equipment. There is nothing missing in the kitchen. The highlight was of course the pool, which we used extensively in the evening. Pool and sauna were very clean and well maintained and hygienic. The communication was completely smooth at all times, the landlords responded quickly to questions and communicated a lot in advance for better trip planning. Everything is great!! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful friends weekend. all a private bedroom that were very spacious. you basically don't have to leave the house. it is equipped with every comfort. a lovely jacuzzi with a lovely sauna in addition. bbq works super well. very spacious kitchen where you are equipped with every comfort. large living room with a pool table. everything was very clean. we choose a different house every year but this really jumped out. this home is highly recommended

We had booked Eeva and John's house for a short weekend trip with a larger group and everything worked out just fine. The equipment of the house is great and everything is well labeled and explained.

It was all in all very nice! A great and incredibly quiet place to unwind. The trails around it are recommended. Jakob and Elena have decorated the house very lovingly and it is well maintained. We would definitely come again.

Communication with the hosts worked very well (friendly, fast, etc.). The premises are really very suitable for larger groups as there is enough space and room to split up for different activities. Everything necessary is available in the house (including many toys for small children, toilet paper, sauna towels). Dog's are welcome. The house itself is in good condition, but you can tell from the building that it is no longer the youngest. We were there in winter (0 degrees outside temperature) and it took 1-2 days for the indoor temperature to be pleasant - bring slippers highly recommended. All in all, we really enjoyed the stay and would be happy to come back. P.S.: We mainly used the room with the billiard table as a cooling chamber, was almost at outside temperature. If you fire the oven all day in winter, you can endure yourself in the room in the evening, but it was too much effort for every day.

Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. Laureen's home is carefully thought out, modern but homely with everything we needed for our holiday. The patio and garden were lovely to sit out in the sunshine and our children loved the swing. We all enjoyed our stay thank you!

It was quite easy to find, the host was very kind and met us around 20:30. The place itself was spotless clean and had everything that was listed. Additionally, the kitchen, bathroom and sauna were pristine cleaned. The glass in the bathroom was so clean for a moment we thought that were was no glass. Sauna was excellent and we even started a nice little fire one day. Very peaceful with allot of opportunity for hiking and nature. And very easy connection to Dusseldorf via the train with free parking at the train station in the small town. Would go back again without a doubt.

We spent a weekend with friends at Olga's place. The house corresponds to the photos and is both beautiful and practical. We didn't miss anything and we felt completely comfortable. Olga responds super quickly to all inquiries!
