Vacation rentals with a patio in Ruhpolding

The stay at the place was completely perfect. Jacqueline welcomed us in a very friendly way and was a great hostess who leaves nothing to be desired. The AirBnb is located in the countryside, with plenty of privacy and coziness to come down and relax. And the way to Salzburg is also not far away. We will be happy to come back!

Gabriele was a wonderful host, super responsive and easy to communicate with. Apartment was very spacious, super clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Very close to bus stops, so easy to get to city center. Grocery store right across the street, which made it super convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

We had a great stay at this place. It’s cozy, has enough room for a family and is really close to the ski-resort. Just the perfect home for a family skiing vacation.

What can I say about Julian's house other than that it's really a rare find. It is a peaceful oasis, very well maintained with facilities worthy of a large hotel near Munich. The house makes you want to stay longer, unfortunately we were only passing through for one night, but it was enough for us to realize the very high standard of this house. A very large screen in the living room, where you can curl up in large, very welcoming sofas… and all this overlooks a terrace that is also very beautiful, with its small ponds and goldfish. Everything was perfect, our host Julian, very responsive and friendly, the house as a whole located in an excellent area on the outskirts of Munich. Excellent bedding. Perfect bathrooms… what more can I say, except that we'll be happy to come back if we return to the area. PS: the professional (bean) coffee machine is excellent, thank you for everything and especially for the attention to detail

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Helga and Josef are super nice, kind and very helpful. The place is spotless clean. I love how clean it is. And it’s really big for 2 people. The surroundings are so peaceful. Its worth to stay. We planned to extend unfortunately somebody has booked the next day. I would highly recommend the place of Helga and Josef, you can see the Salzburg Mountain from the window and door. Thank you Bea for sharing his apartment with us.We arrived precisely to the accommodation following the information Bea provided, with private parking in front of the door, and Bea warmly accommodated us and provided a lot of travel tips and information.The next day I did not drive, about 3 minutes walk at the accommodation, there is a bus stop that goes directly to the downtown area of Salzburg, which is very convenient.The apartment is clean and fully equipped with shopping mart and outlet mall 5 minutes by car.Very satisfied accommodation for this trip. The place was amazing! Peaceful and quiet and so close to the gondola and to downtown. Gabriele was super nice and hospitable. Highly recommend!

The apartment was large comfortable and well equipped! It was a short walk from train station which was our primary mode of travel during our stay, traveling on day trips further into the mountains or into the city of Munich. After our day trips, we would finish the evenings sitting on the balcony. It was a very nice place. One last thing to note is while staying in Schliersee, the town has a 2 euro per night per guest fee that you pay the host. With this fee you get guest cards which provide free public transport within zones 6-9 as well as discounts at various venues. We used these cards every day of our stay. Hence the cards were worth well more than the small fee.

Awesome appartment loved our time there

Diana is a very friendly and helpful host who responds promptly to questions. The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished, so we felt very comfortable. The location is also fantastic, directly opposite the valley station of the cable car and with views of the valley downhill. With the gondola, you can get to the Dachstein West ski area very quickly. The apartment also includes a heated compartment in the ski depot. A general store where you can get fresh rolls and the most necessary everyday items is within walking distance. There are also a few restaurants in the village. We enjoyed the days in Rußbach very much and would come back anytime.

We really had everything we needed! The bus connection to the old town is excellent. Due to the quiet location of the apartment, we recovered very well. We will be happy to come back!
