Grocery stores, bakeries, butchers, restaurants and the train station are approximately 15 minutes away by foot or 3 minutes by car. Ruhpolding is a perfect starting point for excursion destinations such as Lake Chiemsee, Salzburg, Berchtesgaden or Königssee.

Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.
