Thank you for your hospitality! I was warmly welcomed and provided with the most important information. The equipment of the house Carl left nothing to be desired, rather everything necessary was at hand that you need for a few days with self-catering. The house itself is very bright, charmingly located in the garden of Villa Anna and offers small oases with chairs and tables in the garden so that you can enjoy your coffee and breakfast in the morning in peace. The way to the beach can be reached in a few minutes and also through the forest which could hardly be more beautiful. Thanks again to the warm owner and landlady - so you imagine rest and draw strength.

Beautiful cottage with good amenities and close proximity to the wonderful sandy beach - we were satisfied with everything.

Two weeks relaxing holiday in a wonderful house. The high-quality amenities left nothing to be desired. The pictures are absolutely real. Less than 5 minutes to 4 kilometer long beach. The location (Lobbe) is very quiet and away from the tourist hustle and bustle. There are good shopping in Göhren (about 3 km). The village shop in Lobbe offers only a very limited offer. Definitely rent bikes and leave the car standing. Here to recommend: bike Tilly in Göhren - great service! Thanks to the Teiwes family

We had a wonderful time here and felt very comfortable! The house offered us 6 people enough space, 2 bathrooms were super convenient and everyone was a fan of the sauna. Just a few steps from the house you can walk and breathe wonderfully on the dyke. The sea can be reached in a few minutes by car. We were also very pleased with the friendly communication and cleanliness. A big thank you & best regards.

We enjoyed Jens's house very much. It is very bright, modern and quiet. There was everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We greatly enjoyed our weekend there. Within walking distance you are on the beach. Perfect for a morning or evening walk. In a few minutes drive you can reach Stralsund with all its amenities. Jens is very friendly, gives excursion tips and was quick to respond to messages.

The place was not only beautiful, but also perfectly located for exploring both the old town and the Sund. It is a nice old house, the room is sufficiently large and very cleverly furnished. Also the bed was extremely comfortable (a good, firm mattress and high quality blankets and pillows). The shared kitchen is very large and perfectly equipped. The villa is quiet and really next to the sea. My recommendation: watch the sunrise on the Sund. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend!

We felt super comfortable in the Villa. Everything was very clean, just as described and really well equipped. Also in the kitchen there was really everything one could need. The location was great too. Seebrücke and Südstrand were within walking distance

The house invites you to feel good, we had a real “home” feeling. Happily again! Beautiful bedrooms, large windows, great bathroom, large garden, clean, modern, well-equipped kitchen. In fact, I only missed a knife block, otherwise great & as described. The reception was very friendly. The gardens are open, which is especially nice when families with children are present. The kids were able to play wonderfully together. By bike, fantastic places are easy to reach, beaches and attractions nearby. ...and so much more... We will definitely be back! The place is an absolute dream – great for relaxing and perfect for families. Especially convenient are the child protection gates on every staircase, which were even very helpful for our dogs. The beach is within walking distance, and the dog beach is also not far away. We didn't miss anything at Villa Emma. The sauna and fireplace were our highlights! After a long walk on the beach, we were able to relax wonderfully in the sauna. Also the hot tub was a dream 🥰 The sun protection was a great idea and very helpful for us, as fortunately we were allowed to enjoy sunshine every day. If you sleep with open windows, you should expect morning street noise – but that didn't bother us. My family, including my 87-year-old grandma, enjoyed it so much that we really want to come back next year. The communication with the Schmidt&Steinbrink family was👌?
