Go to the sea. Take a vacation in a former schoolhouse. Our 100-year-old house is very quiet in a small village on West Rügen, one of the less touristy corners of Rügen. If you are in the mood for nature and tranquility, then you have come to the right place. Small excursions to Hiddensee, Cape Arkona or just a long walk to the sea and in the evening sitting in the sun in our courtyard or in winter turning on the tiled stove and enjoying a tea.

The apartment stretches over 2 levels. The former day laborer's cottage ideally offers space for 2 adults with/without a dog. An extra bed for up to 2 more people in the bedroom is possible. If that's not enough, you can book the neighboring houses for friends and family (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults + dog). Our semi-detached house, completely renovated in 2014, can accommodate 6 people. On the ground floor there is a 26 m² kitchen-living room, a bathroom with a walk-in large shower and a sunny bedroom with 16 m². Upstairs there are also two bedrooms of about 12-14 m2, as well as another bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and each have satellite TV and a flat-screen TV.

Beach robbers Strelasund in Stralsund

Our vacation home has about 110 m² of living space and turns 100 years old this year. It is located in a quiet residential area of Stralsund, yet it is only 5 minutes by bike or car to the historic old town. If you don't mind that a plank of the wooden floor creaks, or a cable has been retrofitted over the years, you are welcome and invited to get to know and enjoy Stralsund, Rügen and the surrounding area.

Haus Backbord – My spot Rügen!

Our house “Backbord” is a terraced house in the “Mein Fleckchen Rügen” holiday complex, quietly located in a village close to the water. It has its own entrance via the large terrace and a lovely view of the garden on the 12,000 m² property. The ground floor has an open living, dining and kitchen area with historic beams and a spacious shower room/WC. The two bedrooms are upstairs.

There is ample parking space located in front of the property. The apartment is a converted farm worker's cottage of the Frankenthal estate with strong visible beams. The original character has been preserved, but the furnishings are contemporary and modern. Modern standard in a playful historical ambiance......bright and welcoming with wide views of nature and landscape
