Newly renovated and directly on Wilhelmstraße, the promenade in Sellin. The apartment has two rooms that are separated by the hallway, bathroom and toilet are ideally in between. The property is a 6-minute walk from the beach. The property has a 55” QLED smart TV, a dining area and a conservatory. The private bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and hairdryer. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. Washing machine, dryer and iron available in the house. Fast Wi-Fi.

The former farm with its typical Rügen construction (brick and thatched roof) is located on a quiet side street overlooking the garden and the surrounding fields, an ideal starting point for cycling and discovery tours across the island of Rügen. The accommodation is close to the island "capital" Bergen (only 5 km away) and is located in the middle of the island and also in the middle of nature. We have a large living and play garden to relax and feel good for everyone.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The vacation home is located in the small district of Zaase surrounded by meadows and fields. The property is connected with a bike path to the ports of Schaprode and Wittower Ferry. A riding stable is close by. Many interesting excursion destinations are only a few kilometers away, such as the island of Hiddensee. Beaches and restaurants are within easy reach.

My place is right behind the dune of the Baltic Sea beach of Juliusruh. You'll love my place because of the proximity to the beach, the sea view from the balcony, Wi-Fi, sauna, washing machine and dryer in the house. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families and furry friends (dogs) are also welcome.
