Beautifully resorted French house, keeping the character but with a modern well equipped kitchen and bathrooms with great showers. Excellent quality bed linen throughout, plus plenty of towels and extras for the pool. Exactly as the photos depict it. Lovely pool in a quiet garden. Cover allows for use even in inclement weather. Warm welcome when we were met by the hosts on arrival. Very helpful hosts with lots of good recommendations. Walkable to the centre of the village, with a great market on Friday mornings. Plenty of on street parking directly outside the front of the house. Probably the best Airbnb we have stayed in. Would definitely recommend.

We only spent one night at Patrick's but we enjoyed his place which was clean, functional and as described. Patrick was responsive and friendly, and flexible on our check-in schedule. The accommodation is well located in a quiet residence and we were even able to visit downtown Vannes (about ten minutes by car) for the evening. We recommend it!

We had a very pleasant time on the evening of December 31 with our two children. The hospitality was exceptional, both were kind and very available as their shop is right next to the accommodation! We had the chance to share a demonstration of calligraphy, excellent. The accommodation was impeccably clean with everything you needed. And the exceptional location for visiting Rochefort-en-Terre on foot with a free parking space for our car in front of the accommodation. Thanks again to both of you. We recommend the accommodation +++++.

hello, we just spent 3 days and we're DELIGHTED. Anaïs and Yannick made us feel very welcome and we were able to advise us on activities, walking courses and local artisans. The barn was prepared with great care and taste. It's right in the middle of a field. Thanks to Anaïs and Yannick.

Adeline's place is located in a peaceful neighborhood with space to park. The house is exactly as described and was in pristine condition when we arrived. Adeline was very welcoming and accommodating with check-in and check-out times. If we have the opportunity to come back to the area we will not hesitate. We highly recommend it.

Daniel is a very welcoming and very considerate host, always responsive and quick to respond. The house met our expectations, plus the nearby shops made our stay extremely smooth. I recommend this place! The cleanliness, the size of the rooms and the bathroom, as well as the kitchen made our stay very comfortable... not to mention the proximity of the Loudéac velodrome! Little slice of heaven, quiet and green. The house is very functional with all the necessary amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave oven). Great setting with a small forest adjoining the property, all secured by a gate. Our dog loved this large play area and our daughters enjoyed the swing and games provided. The house was very clean and the beds made on arrival, which is nice when arriving a little late. The hosts are very welcoming and responsive to messages. The little gift that was waiting for us on the table made us happy. Very well located, the house is close to all tourist centers (less than 20 mins). A perfect place to disconnect because there's no wifi, which feels good to put down the phones and just enjoy. Rest assured, we still have reception outside and upstairs. A property to remember without a doubt. Thank you ☺️

Remarkable location

This December, we arrived with the storm, in the deluge and later than expected. We called Yann on the phone and immediately, he told us how to get in. We found a welcoming and warm home that Yann showed us around, guiding us by phone. The heating was working and the bed was made. The pleasant and practical house is located in a quiet area while being only a stone's throw from Vannes and its restaurants. A beautiful pedestrian walkway is along the beach which is accessed through a gate at the end of the street. Its central location allows you to visit points of interest in the area without having to travel huge distances. In short, it's exactly what we needed. It has all the necessary household equipment and a well thought out and welcoming kitchen. I'm sure we'll do it again. Thanks Yann and see you soon.

This is a lovely quiet mini village. Our cottage really felt like a home, from where we were able to make several day trips. Everything we needed was present and the cottage met our expectations. Virginie and Laurent are genuinely interested in the well-being of their guests, but at the same time not intrusive. The large variety of animals are a welcome addition to the country feel. We spent a fantastic 2 weeks here.
