The apartment is at the quiet end of the housing estate and has its own parking space where you can see from the bedroom. We will place comfortable beds of 2.20 with slats according to the guests' wishes. There is a modern practical kitchen, coffee, tea and everything you need to cook. We don't have TV, but you can borrow books and magazines or crack crosswords. The apartment is designed for guests looking for rest or peace of mind to work. In winter we heat with air conditioning and that's enough, the house is well insulated. You set the temperature yourself. It's usually a little less in the room.

Comfortable cottage in the fishing grounds of the Dalešice dam. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

Holiday Home At the Black Sheep

We offer an accommodation in a cottage, situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village Horní Lhotice nearby Kralice nad Oslavou. The cottage is fully equipped and provides 3 double beds and 3 single beds in three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located upstairs. The stairs are slightly steeper. One of the upper rooms is connected with a common room by a gallery. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet in the house. Guests are provided with the outdoor seating area with a fireplace.

Building (loft) with a usable area of approx. 50m2. It is a room with an open floor with a bed, under which there is a bathroom. The room has 2 sofa beds, a kitchen and a dining table. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. There is also WIFI, HIFI, baby and travel crib. The building corresponds to 1 + kk and is therefore ideal for a couple or accommodation on a business trip. Larger groups who don't mind sleeping on couches also like to use the accommodation.

The house was built by my grandparents and they spent most of their lives in it. When I inherited it, I didn't really know what to do with it. I travel a lot myself, so I decided to open it to people who love discovering new places as much as I do. I left some pieces of furniture as a memory of my grandparents and my childhood, so you will find not only modern comfort, but also a touch of nostalgia. Fully equipped according to the latest standards - coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer... and everything else that could be forgotten at home :-). Quiet area near the forest, 30 minutes by public transport to the center. Dedicated parking can be arranged on request (this service is already included in the price of accommodation).

A cozy wooden cabin awaits you in a quiet forest next to the village of Skřnářov. Experience nature with wild berries in summer and a snow-covered landscape in winter. Yet, modern amenities are available: WiFi, hot water, shower, bathtub, equipped kitchen, TV, and indoor toilet. Sleep in a comfy bedroom with a large window overlooking the yard, where you may spot a grazing doe in the morning.

We offer apartment with two rooms, toilet and litl entrance hall. There are two double beds. Kitchen is fully equipped. We can offer parking place, garage for the bicycles and fireplace. The place is only accessible by car. The distance to NMNM 5 km, Vysočina arena 7 km. There is no shop or restaurant here. Everything is close to the wonderful city.
