Small house full of charm (cocooning atmosphere) in the heart of the village of St-Armel, fully equipped (Wi-Fi - dishwasher - oven - microwave - connected TV - barbecue) 2 steps from the Gulf of Morbihan The coastal trails, at the end of the street, lead to the GR34, the salt marshes, Tascon Island, the small port of the St-Armel passage. You will have an equipped kitchen, sitting area, mezzanine sleeping area and large wooden terrace. The entrance is on the street side by an interior staircase.

Two rooms within walking distance of the beaches and the village

Two rooms of 42 m2, walking distance from the village, beaches and coastal trails on the 2nd and top floor. It is composed of: - a living room with balcony, sofa bed and dining area, - a separate bedroom with 140 cm double bed, - a separate kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, - a bathroom with shower and toilet. The building does not have an elevator. Only two people can fit on the balcony.

This studio was created on the ground floor of our house. You have a separate entrance to the garden and its oleanders and a parking space in the driveway. The studio is fully equipped with a real kitchen, desk and Wi-Fi. Ideally located 500 meters from the pier for the Gulf of Morbihan islands, on the right bank (25-minute walk to the port in the city center). From Vannes and our neighborhood in particular, you are ideally located to visit Morbihan.
