The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

The clay half-timbered house is located extraordinarily in the hilly landscape in the Vorharz between Osterode and Göttingen. Very quiet on a large property. Heating with wood (house & sauna). Floor-to-ceiling windows - living in nature. Working is also possible ;-) Otherwise, hiking, cycling, sauna, hanging out... Parking space for motorhomes (up to 8 meters) available. My neighborhood in the Harz Mountains

The apartment has a living area of 105 m² as well as two small dwarf balconies and is accessible by elevator. In a fully equipped kitchen, up to six adults and a toddler can be accommodated at the adjoining dining table. There are two separate bedrooms with double beds.
