From this quiet, centrally located accommodation, you are only about 10 minutes' walk from the city center, or even from the train station, for example. The apartment with about 120 m² of living space is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. There is a bedroom with a double bed 1.80 m x 2 m and in another room a box spring bed with 1.4 m x 2 m. In addition to the spacious bathroom, there is a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (see photos). Free street parking is available.

Quiet feel-good oasis | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. With us you are in the countryside and can still experience a lot! Between meadows & forests lies the village of Hofsingelding. It is only a 10-minute walk to the S2 to Munich, Messe, Erding. Our accommodation is the ideal base for your exploration/shopping tour in the Bavarian capital! 10 minutes by car or 2 train stations away, you will find wellness & fun at the Therme Erding! Renovated apartment with old building charm

We rent to non-smokers a renovated 2-room apartment with about 48 m² (when occupied by one person) or 3 rooms with about 63 m² (when occupied by 2 people or more, an additional bedroom). The apartment is located in Mainburg on the ground floor of a two-family house built in 1960. Mainburg is located in the Hallertau hop cultivation area. The cities Freising, Landshut, Regensburg, Ingolstadt,MUC are about 30 or 45 minutes away by car. Munich can be reached in about 75 km.

Apartment in the countryside

This small 1-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom, all handicapped-friendly and wheelchair accessible, is located in the Holledau. Animals and children run around on our farm. Otherwise, it is quite quiet due to the secluded location. The apartment has its own entrance and a small terrace with lots of greenery for walking. Pets are also welcome for an extra charge (€15.00). During the day you can leave the dogs in the guesthouse next door (register beforehand)

Charming separate 66 sqm apartment in the heart of Freising's old town. In 15 minutes by car to Munich Airport and 10 minutes on foot to the train station. The accommodation offers a double bed, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower/toilet as well as a workplace with screen and docking station. A parking space right in front of the house makes the arrival relaxed. Cafes, restaurants and attractions are within walking distance.
