Lovely roomy holiday home, everything looked new and modern. In good central location with good access to public trasport. The park is good for quite relaxation, but there is still plenty to do for the children. Take mossy spray! The mosquitoes are very hungry! We only used the hot tub twice, as we were very busy visiting family and sites around Utrecht. Instructions on how to fill and drain it would have been helpfull. We also visited the lake across the road, which has a lovely sandy beach.

We stayed at the accommodation for 2 months. The location was very quiet and nice. The apartment was very comfortably furnished and had everything you need. Located in a holiday park. Unfortunately, the door lock is weird and sometimes can't be opened or closed, or only after the 20th try. Contact with Ineke was very quick and friendly.

Incredibly nice and helpful hosts. The house is a bit remote but quiet in a vacation home park. Whether you want to take a small tour by canoe or bike (included in the price) or explore the larger cities such as Amsterdam or Rotterdam by car - the house offers a perfect starting point. And there's hardly anything better than ending the evening in the hot tub.

Highly recommend. This cozy, yet spacious, tiny house is the perfect escape from Amsterdam. Tucked away in the back garden of the main house with a back garden of its own, it is quiet and private. The sleeping loft is very comfortable. The house sits on the edge of a wood with walking and cycle paths. Nationaal Park Utrechtse Heuvelrug is a just a 15 minute cycle. The towns of Houten and Culemborg are within an hour cycle. Would definitely return.

A fantastic place to spend a few quiet days near Arnhem. The house is perfectly equipped, in perfect condition, very clean and with all kinds of details, and the owner was attentive at all times, answering quickly and giving clear instructions. A place.

A charming spot to enjoy nature and truly disconnect. The owner was exceptionally kind and welcoming. We were two couples, and while the place felt a bit smaller than it appeared in the photos, it was still perfectly comfortable for a short stay. Highly recommended!

Great and comfortabel place beautifully decorated fully matching the description and photos. Very easy to communicate with the hosts who are very responsive. Hosts asked us if we would like some Christmas decoration as we stayed here over Christmas period which was very appreciated. Will definitely stay here again.

super cozy & beautiful house. We had 2 really nice weeks there as a family. Everything very calm and relaxed, perfect for unwinding and slowing down. The pool within the complex was perfect for the child. Cycle with empty swimming beaches is only 20 minutes away. Arlien was always available as a host and very friendly. Very detailed instructions for arrival/departure!

We really enjoyed our friends weekend here. The house has every comfort and with nice weather you can sit in the backyard. The jacuzzi was a real luxury that we liked to use. As well as the cozy place around the fire basket where we roasted marshmallows. Nearby, everything is also nice to do if you want to get out of the cottage. Really a top location!

We had a wonderful two days with our teenage boys who also liked the apartment right away. The communication was very friendly and pleasant. We particularly liked that everything was ready and nothing was missing. The breakfast was excellent, especially the sustainable production and presentation. just a gem! A very pleasant welcome, with a small tour. All the adjustments that were made for me and consultation were well arranged. As agreed, a short app contact from time to time and also an exciting acnefiet was solved acutely, with humor🫢🤣! Also enjoyed the bath!! The delivery also went volt and hassle-free. Nothing but nothing was disappointing for me. We have enjoyed optimally for 2 weeks!!!! For me, the low stimulant environment and nature around Groesbeek were very healing. Highly recommended for bon vivants!!
