Lovely roomy holiday home, everything looked new and modern. In good central location with good access to public trasport. The park is good for quite relaxation, but there is still plenty to do for the children. Take mossy spray! The mosquitoes are very hungry! We only used the hot tub twice, as we were very busy visiting family and sites around Utrecht. Instructions on how to fill and drain it would have been helpfull. We also visited the lake across the road, which has a lovely sandy beach.

Highly recommend. This cozy, yet spacious, tiny house is the perfect escape from Amsterdam. Tucked away in the back garden of the main house with a back garden of its own, it is quiet and private. The sleeping loft is very comfortable. The house sits on the edge of a wood with walking and cycle paths. Nationaal Park Utrechtse Heuvelrug is a just a 15 minute cycle. The towns of Houten and Culemborg are within an hour cycle. Would definitely return.

Wir waren für 2 Monate in der Unterkunft. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und schön. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und hatte alles was man braucht. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem Ferienpark. Leider ist das Türschloss komisch und lässt sich manchmal nicht auf oder zu schließen, bzw erst nach dem 20. Versuch. Der Kontakt zu Ineke war sehr schnell und freundlich.

Wat een fijn plekje. wij, gezin met 2 kinderen, 10 en 13, en 2 hondjes. Voor ieder een heerlijk verblijf. Wij genoten van de sauna en de rust, de kinderen van alles op het water en de hondjes genoten van de tuin en de wandelomgeving. Heel comfortabel huisje, fijne bedden en de sauna maakt het tot een luxe geheel.

Unfassbar nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen aber ruhig in einem Ferienhaus-Park. Ob man mit den Kanus oder Rädern (im Preis inbegriffen) eine kleine Tour machen möchte oder mit dem Auto die größeren Städte wie Amsterdam oder Rotterdam erkunen möchte - das Haus bietet dafür eine perfekte Ausgangslage. Und es gibt kaum was besseres als den Abend im Hot Tub ausklingen zu lassen.

Wir waren mit unserer zweijährigen Tochter ein paar Tage zu Gast und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und kinderfreundlich. Die Anlage ist für kleine Kinder sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Un fantástico lugar para pasar unos días tranquilos cerca de Arnhem. La casa está perfectamente equipada, en perfecto estado, muy limpia y con todo tipo de detalles, y la propietaria estuvo atenta en todo momento, contestando rápidamente y dando instrucciones claras. Un lugar totalmente recomendable.

Det er lidt småt med pladsen i et Chalet. Men pladsen er godt udnyttet. Det er helt fantastisk med den lille private have, med de mange frugt træer. Vi var der i 4 nætter og det var helt vemodigt at skulle rejse der fra. Værts parret er super søde og hjælpsomme. Der var rent og pænt. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Wat een heerlijk huisje! Lekker met een haardje en heerlijk ruime goed omheinde tuin. Fijn de service met opgemaakte bedden. De bedden lagen overigens ook echt heerlijk. De relaxstoelen zaten ook heel fijn. Dichtbij een heel mooi stukje natuur waar ook een fijn hondenlosloopgebied is. Met vlak er naast een leuke boerenwinkel. Het huisje is compleet en heeft alles om een fijne vakantie te hebben. Anja reageert heel snel en gaf ons leuke tips. We voelden ons echt helemaal ontspannen.

Hosts asked us if we would like some Christmas decoration as we stayed here over Christmas period which was very appreciated. Will definitely stay here again.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war super, ruhig, aber trotzdem gut angebunden. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und der Gastgeber/die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

super gemütliches & schönes Haus. Wir hatten als Familie 2 wirklich schöne Wochen dort. Alles sehr ruhig und entspannt, perfekt zum abschalten und entschleunigen. Der Pool innerhalb der Anlage war perfekt für's Kind. Velomeer mit leeren Badestränden ist nur 20 min entfernt. Arlien war als Gastgeberin immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Sehr detaillierte Anweisungen für die An/Abreise!

Wij hebben hier enorm genoten op ons vriendenweekend. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en met lekker weer kun je heerlijk in de achtertuin zitten. De jacuzzi was een echte luxe waar we graag gebruik van maakten. Evenals de gezellige plek rond de vuurkorf waar we marshmallows roosterden. In de omgeving is ook van alles leuks te doen mocht je even het huisje uit willen. Echt een top locatie!

Wir hatten wunderbare zwei Tage mit unseren Teenager Jungs, denen die Wohnung auch sofort gefallen hat. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Een heel prettig ontvangst, met kleine rondleiding. Alle aanpassingen die en overleg voor mij gedaan waren waren prima geregeld. Tussentyds zoals afgesproken af en toe even kort app contact en ook een spannend akkefietje werd acuut opgelost, met humor!🫢🤣. Ook genoten van het bad!! Ook de oplevering ging volt en probleemloos. Niets maar dan ook niets viel me tegen. We hebben 2 weken lang optimaal genoten!!!! Voor mij was de prikkelarm omgeving en de natuur rondom Groesbeek heel helend. Echt een aanrader voor levensgenieters!!
