Dana's place is outstanding. It is so beautiful and surrounded by nature. Her home was nothing short of immaculate - everything was so spotless and new. The beds were comfy, instructions clear, location amazing - would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Dana was also very quick to respond to questions and was always available. 10000/10!!

My partner and our children reserved this lovely home for a retirement celebration with our in laws. The home was spacious for all six of us and our family dog and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The home is nestled in a beautiful mountainous area with lovely views from all the front windows. It's rustic yet modernized layout and structure made it the perfect place to cozy up together or spread out and enjoy some quiet time separately. It's location is close enough to many trails and beach access points to get out and explore. The hot tub, sauna and cold plunge were definitely a highlight for our Spring trip and did not disappoint.

We loved our stay here. The view from the full length windows and outdoor patio were breathtaking. We saw lots of wildlife: eagles, deer, seals, an otter and humpbacks. The kitchen was stocked and the bedding was very comfortable. It was beautifully decorated. We had fires on the beach each night while we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. It’s a walkable distance to the Dolphin Resort restaurant where the food was excellent. We would rebook in a minute.

Katy and Dave were incredible hosts - they made sure the hot tub was warm for us each day and were responsive to whatever we needed. The place itself is GORGEOUS - we didn’t leave once and were entertained the entire time, even in the rain. It was the perfect spot for a girls weekend. I would absolutely stay here again and hope to be back at some point! Can’t recommend enough.

Tom and Denise have created a warm and welcoming space. We loved the extra touches, their leaving a little for our first breakfast. The creek walk to the ocean is peaceful and lots of restaurants in walking distance. We would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful cabin. Fantastic place for escaping the city. We loved the theater and video games room. And the sauna. Definitely would stay again.

Wonderful home did not want to leave. Calming view of mountains , inlet and so many water birds to watch with binoculars. Hope to go back one day.

Amazing weekend with my family. Hadn’t gotten the family together in awhile and both April and Andrew were very accommodating :) The features to this home really make you feel like you’re living in luxury!

Dagmar's place was really nice, we had a friendly visitor at night that would come back frequently~ Their lil cat was sooo friendly and adorable. The place was close to Nanoose Bay Recreational Shellfish Reserve such a fun activity to do with friends. BTW they also sell 6$ eggs I believe fresh from the hen!

The attention to detail made this interior space feel welcoming and inviting from the moment I arrived. I can't think of a thing that could have made it nicer. The views were everchanging with a variety of weather patterns during my stay. The ocean and sky were so interesting, even dramatic at times. From the windows I saw eagles, seals and the herring season that came and went, turning the water a tropical blue. So funny to see, when we know the ocean is freezing this time of year. Fishing boats were there a few days, taking their catch. Then walking in the neighbourhood, even the occasional deer to surprise you. So many paths to the beach to walk along the rocky shore when the tide is out. Daytrips are easy to go to everything, from this location. Just a short drive to the main highway and you can see so many interesting things available on central Vancouver Island. I imagine in the summer it would be even lovelier. The hosts were so friendly and helpful.

We loved staying in this space, the co-hosts Sue & Maurice were so lovely and very welcoming from the moment we arrived! This space is located on a large, beautifully maintained, serene property tucked among the trees, with a river running beside the lower portion of the yard. The hosts invited us to set up a fire in their pit beside the river, and brought out all the goodies so we could roast marshmallows with our young children, who loved every moment of it. Very nice stay, we would love to come back here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Randy and Barb’s condo. The condo was very clean, tasteful and roomy. It was equipped with everything we needed!! The resort had many desirable amenities including exercise room, pool and a good restaurant and lounge. We communicated with Randy a few times and he was always responsive, prompt and helpful. It was very apparent that the quality of our stay was very important to Randy and Barb. We really appreciated that. We highly recommend this listing!!

Beautiful spot right on the water. Super clean and spacious room for two of us. Would stay again for sure!

John’s place was fantastic. Easy check-in and quick to answer any questions. My wife and I really appreciated the size of the condo and all the amenities. The fireplaces, jetted tub, comfortable king bed, well equipped kitchen and beautiful patio. We took advantage of the on-site amenities including the gym, pool, outdoor hot tub, trails and restaurant. Our stay was awesome and John made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this gem of a condo in beautiful Nanoose Bay.

Ekta and Peter are such wonderful hosts! It was a birthday weekend getaway to Hornby Island for some mountain biking and relaxing. They both provided great recommendations and even visited their stall at the Saturday market. Ekta checked in with us to make sure we made both ferry times :). The trails were a five minute bike ride away and the hot tub under the stars was a real treat. The Purple Door Cabin was a peaceful, quaint, and quiet spot tucked in the back of their lovely property. We also loved the greeting from Wyatt the cat when we arrived. Would definitely return!

Beautiful location right on the ocean. We loved our stay at this cozy cabin. Everything was clean and the host made extra special touches like preparing the campfire for us and enough wood for the sauna and wood burning fire, too.

This cabin was beyond cozy—just the right size with a beautiful, calming aesthetic. The scenery is absolutely stunning, and while private, it never felt too isolated. The sauna was a perfect way to unwind after exploring. Comfortable beds, abundance of hot water, and having laundry on-site were great additions. The evening lighting outside created such a nice ambiance, and we appreciated the labels on light switches and clear instructions for the thermostat. Thoughtful touches from L&M for our Golden, Murphy, made him feel just as welcome as we did. The fully enclosed yard gave us peace of mind—especially being in the heart of nature. Not far from the most gorgeous nature walk, and not a far drive for key amenities. Big shout out to Laurel for the pet friendly patio recommendations! This wasn’t only a magical property… but experience in itself. We hope to be back in the future. Thank you so much for making our mini-moon memorable.

Staying at Shauna’s place was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The cabin was cozy and adorable, Shauna was lovely and helpful, and the pups and bunnies were an absolute treat. I will definitely be back!

My friend and I had a very peaceful stay at Jenn's Nest, being in a hot tub watching farm animals graze is pretty unforgettable. Jenn's place is clean, has what you need and is safe and private. The farm is surprisingly quiet and the Nest has an exceptionally comfortable bed. Thanks Jenn for another very memorable stay!

Wow - that sums up our stay at the Cabin! If you’re considering staying here and it’s still available, GRAB IT NOW! Not only is the Cabin beautiful, clean, private (as the pictures show), but Tanya is an exceptional host. She truly is the best we’ve ever seen. My wife and kid (<2yrs old) had a wonderful, peaceful and exciting time. We loved it here and will be back soon! The property is beautiful. We saw 2 bears and I was able to do some fly fishing. Wow! To top it all off, Tanya and her husband Ty gave us a tour of their Dairy Farm. We saw the cows up close which was really exciting for all of us. We even got to feed the calves a bottle of milk. Absolutely above and beyond what’s expected. Thank you Tanya and family for a great long weekend filled with new memories and experiences that we’ll reflect on for years. Beautiful little cabin right on the lake! We loved the amenities, everything was clean and the bed was really comfy. Also loved having access to the canoe to explore the lake. Would definitely love to come back!

A wonderful retreat in a very quiet pocket just outside of town. We loved the short stroll to the beach for sunset! We slept so well on the memory foam mattress and it was great having both soft & firm pillows to choose from. Kitchen is well-appointed and we appreciated the quality knives & pans.
