The accommodation is ideally located in a quiet area of Rochefort, close to the train station, the city center and the docks, everything can be done on foot. It is very beautifully decorated and very well arranged. All the necessary equipment to have a good stay is at your disposal. I recommend it!

Located in a beautiful village, no cars but parking close enough to the accommodation. Marie gave us very clear instructions and is present and responsive. The accommodation was quite suitable and comfortable for 3. No problem to report!

We are delighted with our stay at Marc's place. We were hosted very well. We love the city and its beach. The apartment is super well located to enjoy the city center, shops, restaurants on foot. Apartment facing the sea. Rental as described. We also appreciated the ease of parking in mid-April.

Great host, well-equipped accommodation, beautiful location for visiting Oléron Island

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Great stay, I recommend it! The house is very good and in a good location, sea view, parking right next to it, communication with Jérémie is perfect.

The house is warm and welcoming. Extremely clean, new bedding. Quiet neighborhood, close to the sea and some shops. A good starting point for many walks. Raphaël came to see us after our arrival, very nice he gave us some great tips for walks to take around.

Need we say more about the villa that Marie offers? You can come without a second thought. Everything is spotless. I'm looking for a flaw to reproach him but I couldn't find anything:-) We will return to the island of Oléron, and it will be at Marie's. Thank you Marie for everything

The house and its services met our expectations. Anaïs was extremely responsive, attentive and friendly. We felt very comfortable in the house and found it to be an excellent welcome. We booked the day before for the next day, Anaïs was extremely accommodating.

Pauline is very accessible, responds quickly and gave us some great tips on where to go, a place to go back to and to recommend without any problems.

Flawless accommodation, nothing is missing, description and photos match reality. Well located accommodation, al can be made by walk. There were 6 of us and the place is more than enough. The plus: the covered terrace! Very nice setting. Nicolas and Lætitia are very responsive hosts, responding quickly to messages. We had a lovely extended weekend. We highly recommend this listing.
