I had an excellent stay at this property! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly helpful and responsive—always available to answer any questions and make sure everything went smoothly. The apartment itself was exactly as described: spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location was also perfect, with everything I needed close by, making it very convenient for my stay. What really stood out was the host’s attentiveness and professionalism. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and supported throughout my visit, and I truly appreciated how easy and stress-free they made the whole experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and well-located home away from home!

The accommodation has everything needed for a family stay. The two bedrooms are spacious, and having two fully renovated bathrooms is a real luxury. Considering what most homes in the UK are like on the inside, this place is undoubtedly five-star.

Adrianna's place suited our needs for a weekend visit to Sutton. Very comfortable and clean. Communication was clear as well. I would highly recommend.

Mark was very hospitable, even offering to give extra assistance as I was working in London at the time! Lovely space, well connected and nice local area!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was cozy, very clean, and had everything we needed. The location was great, it was close to everything, but still quiet and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the host was very kind, responsive, and made everything smooth from start to finish. We’d definitely stay here again!

We booked Trisha’s flat for 3 months for our daughter (study abroad student) We couldn’t have asked for a better host! Trisha went above and beyond our expectations, made us and our daughter feel a sense of security knowing she was always easy to reach and willing to answer any questions/concerns promptly. Happy to say there were no major issues, if any at all. The flat was spotless and wonderfully decorated, kitchen fully equipped and bathroom stocked with amenities. The flat was excellently located just around the corner from everything anyone would need, including the Surbiton train station 2min away (1 minute away if you’re a quick walker!) 25min train ride direct into London’s Waterloo station. The flat was close to shops, pubs, cafés, pharmacy (chemist), and also a short walk to the Thames waterfront with the Queen’s Promenade lined with even more restaurants and pubs, leading into city centre of Kingston-Upon-Thames. We can’t say enough about Trisha and her flat! Wonderful!!!

Lovely private flat in Sheen , a short walk to Richmond shops and restaurants . Nice pub along the road that we enjoyed . Secluded and private development, felt safe . Parking was really handy and easy . Lots of planes and air traffic but the flat itself was very nicely decorated and ideal for easy access to Richmond and the surrounding areas

Just a short walk from two very connected underground stations, the apartment was easy to find and, as the photos show, wonderfully and tastefully decorated. Two things I often find that let places down are the shower and the bed - Chris’ apartment had both a fantastic shower and a super comfortable bed. We also managed to take some great photos on the home too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a stylish stay within close proximity to the main attractions London has to offer.

Easy to get around, there are several bus stops nearby, about 6-10 minutes to different places!You can take the underground from Modern Station to central London in an hour. The place is clean, stylishly furnished and overall new The garden is beautiful.

We loved our time at Phil's apartment and our highlight was having a beer on the terrace after a day of exploring Kew Gardens 😁 It was as described, very comfortable and had everything you may need to cook a full meal. The bed was very comfortable and the linen good quality. We booked the apartment for it's proximity to Kew Gardens but it's well served by bus and the Elizabeth line into central London. Philip's communication before, during and after our stay was excellent and found him very friendly with an excellent sense of humour. We would definitely stay here again 😁

We had a lovely stay with Rebecca. She was very friendly and helpful to all our needs. The room was as described, kitchen had plenty of crockery and cooking supplies for self catering. Parking on the drive made it so easy to unload/load. Beautiful road and quiet area. We had a great time, thank you.

Great location in a very safe, quiet, and walkable community. Less than 15 minutes to amenities: restaurants, transportation, groceries, pubs, coffee shops, bakeries, parks… The host is helpful and friendly, and was very responsive to ensure our stay made for a great holiday. The unit itself was spotlessly clean when we arrived and includes everything needed for a short or longer term stay. The bathroom, kitchen, etc. are all modern, with high-end appointments. We look forward to a return visit.

Maggie’s place was fantastic—the perfect place for exploring Borough Market and beyond! The apartment was very clean and tidy. It was also beautifully decorated and such a relaxing place to unwind after our busy day out. The hot tub was a massive bonus—talk about luxury! Maria was very responsive when I had a question, and her place was as described. Very quiet, safe location, and very comfortable interior. Conveniently located to bus-stops and South Ealing Underground. The 65 bus will take you right to historic Richmond, for a nice day out. Highly recommend, and would certainly stay there again.

We were so fortunate to spend four weeks in March in this special place. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean. Simon is, indeed, a superhost. He is so nice, and made such an effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. There were fresh roses on arrival, along with milk, water and some lovely snacks. Self-checkin was a breeze, so appreciated after a long flight. We didn't have to commit to a specific time which is always appreciated. He even offered to arrange a mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, for a very reasonable fee. We took advantage of the offer, and it worked out very well. It was a treat to return at the end of the day to a fresh apartment. The neighborhood fantastic, beautiful and so walkable. Public transportation is very convenient, but we took advantage of the great weather and did lots of walking. We hope to return in the future.

Debbie’s place has an excellent location close to train stations, cafes, and it is also walkable to some attractions. The flat was very clean and comfortable for two people. We managed to get our suitcases up and down the long and narrow staircase with no issue. Debbie gave us helpful recommendations and was responsive before and during our trip. I would definitely stay again at Debbie’s when in London.
