Tea & coffee making facilities including kettle, and a small fridge. Linen & Towels provided. Parking on drive, Pubs close by serving food, also a local cafeteria (serving breakfast) a small Sainsburys and Coop within walking distance. Close to Fleet, Farnborough , Farnham & M3/M4

The lodge is in Rowledge village, with a shop, cafe and pub. Neighbouring Alice Holt Forest offers excellent walking and cycling. Nearby is Farnham, a Georgian market town and first World Craft 'City' in England; with shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs & castle, and The Maltings arts centre. Regular trains to London take 50 mins. with Guildford, Chichester, Portsmouth, RHS Wisley, Chawton, the Watts Gallery, North and South Downs, all within in easy reach. An area with much to explore and enjoy!

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

One Bed Country Hideaway in AONB

Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our normal high standard of CLEANING, we DISINFECT the Annex after every stay. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests use. Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.

Kate and family we can’t thank you enough for sharing your home with us during the festive period (to go out your way and decorate for Christmas with a real tree and all the extras) Traveling from Australia and Ireland we landed in a home that felt like our own. Nothing was too much for you to offer help with, the amenities were fantastic and it was everything we hoped for and more. This was the first time in 9 years me and my children have been together for Christmas and it was just perfect Would recommend to all looking for a family home to stay in. Regards Cathy and family

Were a little unsure about access when we arrived, as there's a closed large wooden gate, so I guess (typically) we were looking for an open entrance driveway, the lane is narrow so had to pull right onto grass verge in front of cottage to open gate and go check. Lara appeared soon after as we were starting to unload car, she is very friendly and helpful, and brought us a freshly baked sourdough loaf, which turned out to be absolutely delicious. My wife is disabled, the gravel on drive up to entrance is very difficult for wheelchairs etc. We brought with us a pair of wheelchair ramps, which proved essential for wheeling Jen couple of steps up from lounge to the lower bedroom level. The open lounge and ground floor area was wonderfully large and spacious. Kitchen was brilliant, and pretty well equipped, but if there's anything you should need as we did, there's a wonderful general store in nearby Bentley. We enjoyed browsing through all the Glossy home and garden mags and books.

Couldn’t recommend staying at this lovely cottage enough!! It was decorated beautifully and had everything you could need from kitchen utensils and appliances to plenty of wardrobe space and bathroom toiletries. Located in a lovely area on a quiet street within walking distance to Farnham town centre.
