Waterfront vacation rentals in Rovinj

A beautiful apartment in peacefull location, when you're looking for "different" vacation as in popular tourist places, here you go. Klaudia and Deni are very friendly and welcomed us personally, it was very nice with sharing local tips. Apartment was nicely equipmet with all you need, even for travelling with small kids.

L'appartamento di Irma è bellissimo, comodo, completo di tutto ciò che serve, molto luminoso, con una bellissima vista sul mare dalle finestre della cucina e della camera da letto e una terrazza dall'altra parte. Le foto e la descrizione corrispondono alla realtà. La posizione è perfetta per visitare la città. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano diversi ottimi ristoranti. Anche la cittadina è molto bella, tranquilla, sul mare e con tanto verde. Irma è un'host perfetta, gentile, cordiale e disponibile. È stato un ottimo soggiorno, ci piacerebbe tanto ritornare.

Wenn man in Medulin/Pula Urlaub machen möchte ist die Unterkunft von der Lage perfekt. Vieles kann man zu Fuß erreichen oder mit einer kurzen Autofahrt. Die Unterkunft war trotz der super Lage ruhig gelegen. Eventuell schwierig sein könnte es, wenn Nachbarn im gleichen Haus nachts lauter sind, da man dies durch die Wände hört. Leider war dies während unseres Aufenthalts der Fall (was man dann eher schwieriger beeinflussen kann). Ansonsten hat die Unterkunft aber alle Faktoren erfüllt, sie war sehr sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Alle wichtigen Informationen hat Wolfgang in einem Paper zusammengestellt, was den Check in etc. sehr erleichtert hat. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war immer schnell und freundlich!

Csodálatos az óváros hangulata ,a tengerpart közelsége, a szűk utcák , rengeteg étterem, bolt , kávézó található az apartman közelében. A szabad strand 2 perce található. A parkolás az egyedüli ami az egész városban nehéz de van 15 perc sétára olcsó parkolási lehetőség.

A very fun stay right in the heart of Old Town. The apartment is one floor up in an old building within narrow walkways and is decorated and equipped nicely. We were there on a Saturday night and the establishments outside below got fairly rowdy, but it’s surprisingly quiet inside when the windows are pulled shut. The wall climate control keeps the temperature comfortable and air moving when needed. The shower was great, the bed comfortable, and the host was quick to answer when we had questions.

Sehr schönes Apartment und gut ausgestattet. Man hat sich, besonders auf der Terrasse, sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles sauber und mit Liebe gestaltet. Nur das Bad und die Dusche waren recht eng, was für mich persönlich okay war, nur zur Info, falls jemand Platzangst haben sollte. Die Hosts waren sehr freundlich und es wurde sehr schnell auf Nachrichten sowie auf Fragen reagiert. Immer gut erreichbar :) Von der Lage her: 5 min zu Fuß zum Strand, 2 min zu Fuß zu einem kleinen Einkaufsladen und Bäcker, 10 min mit dem Auto von Pula entfernt Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen :)

This is a spacious apartment with beautiful balcony view. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. It’s just 5 mins walk to the beach and 7mins drive to the center of Rovinj. Lara is friendly and responsive host. I’d definitely return!

Die Wohnung war liebevoll bis ins kleinste Detail eingerichtet. Sogar der Kühlschrank war schon mit "Schmankerln" gefüllt. Falls man etwas daheim vergessen hätte, man würde es in dieser Wohnung finden. Falls nicht, Zorica wird es umgehend besorgen. Sehr sauber, fast neu und modern, Klimaanlage, keine Geräusche der Vermieter wahrnehmbar, unmittelbare Strandnähe, trotzdem viel Wald, ein paar Meter weiter ein nettes Strandrestaurant, eine herrliche kleine Terrasse für uns alleine für sonnige Frühstücke; einfach alles, was man zur Erholung braucht. Partygänger haben es hier etwas schwerer.

Wir hatten zu viert eine wundervolle Zeit in Milkas und Igors Haus. Fantastisch sind die Badebuchten, haben wir meist jedoch mit dem Auto aufgesucht, und auf dem Grundstück der wahnsinnige Gemüsegarten, wo wir die leckersten Tomaten 🍅 genossen haben sowie Paprika, Zucchini etc. Besonders toll war auch die Außendusche und dass wir umgeben von grüner Landschaft waren.

Wir sind sehr herzlich von Ilija und Ljublica empfangen worden und fühlten uns von Anfang an Zuhause. Die vielen Kleinikgeiten aus dem Garten schätzten wir sehr! Das Haus und die Lage ist perfekt um den Strand, Restaurants, kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft im Dorf und die Bäckerei zu Fuss zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!

Only positive things about Jasmin. He was helpful and friendly and is flexible, which are the most important things for his work. Rovinj was magical as always.

Sehr saubere und schöne Unterkunft, wir durften auf Nachfrage auch deutlich früher einchecken und die Gastgeberin spricht gutes Deutsch. Der Strand ist gut erreichbar und ausgestattet, bietet schattige Plätze und eine schöne, preiswerte Strandbar. Das Wasser ist türkis, aber trüb & die Natur atemberaubend! Das einzige Manko, welches wir haben ist, dass die Bilder des Inserats veraltet sind. Die meisten Einrichtungsgegenstände sind mittlerweile ausgetauscht oder entfernt worden - das ist jedoch positiv, vor allem oben im Wohnzimmer - oder stehen woanders. Auch die große Wohnungsanlage direkt nebenan, existiert auf den Bildern noch gar nicht. Durch diese bleibt es vor allem im Außenbereich lange schattig. Das Dorf ist ruhig und leer, abgesehen von den Booten und Autos im Hafen und einem großem Kraftwerk nebenan. Es reisen jedoch viele Menschen täglich zum Strand & an einem Abend gab es dort sogar ein großes Konzert. Wir hatten insgesamt eine schöne Zeit und wurden nicht enttäuscht!

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt - ein privater Strand ist direkt daneben, zum Ort geht man 5 Minuten und wundervolle Spazier-Wege sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Gastgeber waren gut erreichbar und als etwas in der Wohnung nicht funktionierte wurde das Problem prompt behoben. Die Küche ist sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet - zum Kochen ist alles da was man braucht. Sveta Marina ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort und man kann sich hier gut erholen. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Cristian was exceptionally helpful from meeting us at the port & escorting us to our house to organising transport upon leaving. He provided great local advice also. The house is beautiful, easily accessible and in the heart of the old town. Rovinj is stunning & we can’t wait to return. No recommendation is too high. Jack.

Wir haben 11 Tage in der Unterkunft von Alica verbracht, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Leider war die erste Woche (ab Mitte April) verregnet und windig, so dass wir nicht soviel unternehmen konnten. Aber die zweite Woche hat uns mit 20 Grad und purer Sonne entschädigt. Bei Regen ist die Wohnung etwas kühl (es gibt aber Heizung) und man merkt die etwas ältere Bausubstanz, was bei gutem Wetter kein Problem ist. Es war alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht, sogar eine Babybadewanne. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Betten sind bequem. Der Ausblick in den Garten u.a. auf einen Olivenbaum und die Meerzunge, die in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreichbar ist, waren einfach wunderbar. Es gibt in der Gegend herrliche Strände und Klippen, die mit dem Auto in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar sind- man kann hier wunderbar entschleunigen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful week in Fažana! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, exactly as described, and in a great location—just a short walk to the beach and close to many local places of interest. It made our stay relaxing and convenient. Doris is a great host and we received lots of valuable tips for our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting!

Prima host en top co-host, spreken erg goed Duits. Beide heel erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Let even op: appartement is op de 2e verdieping, en alleen met trap te bereiken. Goede bank en prima boxspring. Hele goede keuken, let wel alleen snelfilter koffie apparaat.

We had a great stay at Tea’s apartment. Everything was immaculate. The apartment was perfectly placed for the city- could walk to everything easily. Apartment well equipped with everything you need/. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. Communication was brilliant- lots of recommendations for places to eat/things to see. Would definitely return.

Anna's place had everything we needed for our 5 day summer trip. The location is the best, especially with kids: restaurants, little shops and the beautiful sea/beach close by. The konoba in front of the apartment, had 2 nights with live music until midnight, which was not the best for a good nights sleep. Communication with Anna was easy. Still it was a perfect stay and we enjoyed our time in Anna's apartment.

Very clean ans spacious flat with easy access to local beach. Second floor but stairs not steep. Feels like home. Large balcony with parasol table and chairs so perfect for morning breakfast or even lunch with a sea view. Very easy access to Pula city center as well as easy transit to north of Istria. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for families. We’ve enjoyed every minute of being there. Overall very good experience - thank you!

Excellent, excellent, excellent. The whold experience was great, great value for money, property was better than exoected. The location was really good. We've been to pula 4 times before and discovered and whole new area. And cant fault anythjbg about petra apartment, everything was excellent and excelled in our expectations

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

En fantastiskt fin lägenhet som har allt. Läget är underbart med fin utsikt över bukten och trädgården erbjuder både sol och skugga hela dagen. Fräscht och rent i lägenheten. Vi bad om reparation av en säng samt att poolen behövde omhändertas och det löstes redan nästa dag. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.
