Two very well-maintained bathrooms with sufficient hand and bath towels, a great kitchen and not to forget the order and cleanliness throughout the apartment. Two parking spaces right next to the apartment. A beautiful outdoor area with a hot tub - just right for relaxing and chilling after a long sightseeing tour. Also, the check-in was absolutely no problem according to Nadija's description. To welcome us, Nadija had put ice-cold drinks in the fridge. A very, very nice attention that we greatly appreciated. We can only recommend Nadija as a host ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent accommodation, I recommend it. Sanja was very quick to answer our questions and was always available. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything you might need. With private parking at the entrance gate, awesome!

Beautiful, clean apartment, you will find everything you need, the host is great, communication with him too, the surroundings are great, the beach is about 10 minutes walk, the closer beach is smaller about 5 minutes. In the vicinity of bike trails, shops... beautiful holiday. Thank you 🥰

The location is perfect and the apartment was every bit as good as we hoped. Very quiet and pleasant yet only a few steps onto the walkway with shops and restaurants offering excellent food choices. We shared with another couple and having separate bathrooms and large bedrooms gave us all privacy while enjoying the communal areas especially sitting in the garden in the evening together. Sanja was very friendly and always responded quickly so for us the apartment and Pula itself was a 10/10 experience.

Martina's apartment is very tastefully decorated and nothing is missing. The decor looks very high quality and the bed is really comfortable. A highlight is undoubtedly the large roof terrace where you can relax in the evening - when the traffic subsides. Communication with Martina was always proactive and very friendly, just like the personal greeting. A car is mandatory (parking available), but the sights and cities of Istria are all not really far away. I would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

We loved the place. The beach is 200 m away and it is not such a typical "tourist beach" but very quiet and many residents go swimming there :) You are well connected by bus and can get to the city center within 15-20 minutes. We also took the opportunity to take the ferry from Pula to Venice, which was really worth it for a day trip! Another advantage was that you could walk relatively quickly to the adjacent peninsula, where there is a national park with wonderful cliffs.

Ana was lovely, very fast at responding and had great recommendations. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, even better in person! I 100% recommended this apartment!

This is a gorgeous place, approximately 15 minutes away from Pula & Airport. I would highly recommend this stay, the pool, sauna and hot tub are a beautiful touch. This is great for relaxing and is extra stunning when the sun is shining. The only fault I had was that the power tripped quite easily however host was responsive to try and resolve issues.

Host super friendly and efficient. The villa is really nice with nice furniture and well equipped. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! The stay was absolutely excellent – the place was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated and exactly as described. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and always available. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Full recommendation!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

We had a nice week in Biba's beautiful house. It has a very special charm, also thanks to the matching furnishings. Of course, you have to consider that it is an old house, i.e. a few animals here and there, cooler and darker. Unfortunately, we were not quite as lucky with the weather, which is why we could not use the beautiful garden so intensively and spent more time in the house. With a crawling baby, the house proved to be not very suitable, as the stone floor is simply too cool. The place is very very small, so there is not much to see, but if you are looking for peace, just the right thing. The location as a whole is perfect for activities in all directions. The kitchen is also very well equipped (much more than usual), so you can cook relaxed. Communication with Biba was very good and also her daughter, who was there for the key handover, is very nice.

Perfect for our needs. Modern and well appointed. Everything we needed was supplied. Comfortable beds. A fantastic 8 night stay.

Elena was an amazing host. She was always easily accessible, friendly and accommodating.

The apartment was very clean and easily accessible by car. The sea was a 10-15 minute walk and offers a pebble beach. At this time of year, many restaurants are already closed, but there are also significantly fewer tourists. You can reach Paula by car in a few minutes and a small supermarket is right next to the apartment. The local beach is not necessarily suitable for snorkeling activities. For this, you should visit nearby bays, such as “The Columbian Grotto Beach” or “Prostina” by car. These can be reached in minutes. The area around the property is heavily geared towards tourism and therefore offers numerous leisure activities, but hardly any local venues. Overall, I highly recommend it for 4 people looking for a well-equipped apartment with plenty of space in Croatia and not wanting to spend too much money.

We had a great stay at Valentina's place, the apartment was very clean and cute, check-in was also very easy, the host was very kind and responsive to messages, we highly recommend it!

The apartment is spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. It’s just a few minutes from the city center. Ivan is a great host and responds to messages immediately. 10/10 – highly recommended!
